I went here for a traditional outfit for a wedding I am going to in south India. I had no idea where to start and the sales manager was an amazing, friendly, and genuine help. He even went out of his way and hooked me up with some great deals. He was a great and so excited for my experience, incredibly friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a similar experience!

I came here to find a pashmina shawl, and was very pleased with the selection. The shop is quite small but packed with clothing, and its well-organized. I didnt feel pressured at all by the staff to buy anything, and although the shawl I selected is undoubtedly much cheaper in India, $20 is a reasonable price for DC. The shawl is of great quality, and I wear it often!

I was going to get on the metro after the Zoo, I hadnt been there since 15 years ago and decided to walk down and see if there was anything to take home to eat and started walking to Chipotles when I smelled the incense and it lured me in. The store owners are very nice and I got two lovely tops and some incense. I will be back. Nice shop.

I wish I could give no stars. Women beware!!! The jewlery salesman was extremely aggressive and tried to pull down my top (as in physically grabbed my top and pulled before my boyfriend smacked his hand) to show me how the necklace was "supposed to hang" my boyfriend told him to watch his hands and he offered the necklace for $5. We left.

I came here to find a kurta top and scarf for a Mehndi / Sangeet party. The two gentlemen running the store were incredibly helpful, talked me through my options, and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I definitely recommend it!
