I just left the Trek store and I am in AW!!!!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE customer service, all of the workers in there were fantastic! They knew every single question I asked them. No matter what it was. They were all very knowledgable. They really seem to love their jobs, and thats very important in a business. I planned on just buying tires for my current bike, and ended up leaving with a brand new one! I couldnt help myself. The guys in there were so nice and i just couldnt resist! It only took them about 20 minutes to convince me that buying a new bike was the perfect solution! I rode it home and for once, i truly wished i lived a million miles away so i couldve enjoyed the ride a bit longer. If you are looking to get a new bicycle, look no further! Jaimie was the one who spoke with me the most, and he is truly phenomenal!!! I AM SO HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE!!! i will certainly be back there when a new bike comes out!!!

Love this bike shop. Saul really makes you feel like your at home when you walk through the door. I have brought three bikes from Saul following him from two other stores in Fort Lauderdale to sunrise all the way up to Boca. This is a guy I can trust when buying a bike. Also service department is great does a wonderful job when it comes to keeping me safe on the road ask for Billy knows a lot about keeping your bike up to service. One more thing I must mention when I first got my road bike I told Saul I didnt have any experience when it comes to riding a road bike. Do you know Saul met up with me one early morning took me on a 30 mile bike ride to Boynton Beach and back to the Trek store to teach me the safety tips about road biking. Great great guy I must say.

Excellent sales staff! Gave me all of the info I could have wanted, and fitted the bike to me for free. They didnt have the size/color I wanted so they ordered it and gave me a discount! The staff there are really friendly, sometimes Ill just pop in and talk shop. They are always willing to help me with any questions I have, and are never pushy. Highly recommend

Found this store by accident one day, we initially came to fix a flat, they were so nice and helpful. We ended up ordering a project one bike from them. Saul and Billy took care of us and they couldnt had done a better job! We drove from orlando to come to these guys! And they made the drive worth it! Great staff and they have alot of knowlege about these bikes!

This by far is the best bike shop around. I drive 25 min for Fort Lauderdale just to go to the Boca store. Dave is awesome and runs an amazing store. His crew of guys there know what there doing, my old bike was in bad shape after talking it there its like a brand new bike and now Im ripping around the trails. Great work , great people , great store !

Saul helped me pick out my first mountain bike, very knowledgeable and got right to the point of what I needed to make my biking experience safe and enjoyable. Nice, clean store, lots to choose from and great service. The managers seemed to be on top of their game without the pushy sales. Thanks for the painless sales experience!

Had an issue, but the manager was nice enough to call and resolve it. Wasnt looking to ruffle feathers, but I think thats what happened. Im changing my rating from 2 to 5 stars. I know miscommunications can happen is business, Im glad the manager Billy is a good guy and is trying to make this right. Thanks guys, Ill be back.
