This place is a joke! I spoke to Christian on Friday and told him what I needed. Back wheel trued and 2 new tires and tubes. Christian says no problem 1 to 2 day turnaround. Go in on Monday and Christian says we dont have 2 of the same tire. What? What kind of bike shop doesnt have 2 of the same kind of tire? Christian says can get one from another local store, but will take 4 days and tire will not be there until Friday. What ? 4 days to get a tire from another local store? So I leave bike. Christian says should be ready Friday or Saturday and he will give me call. Come Monday no call, no bike. I call and Christian says well local store didnt have one and he had to order from somewhere else and its gonna be 4 more days before tire even gets there. No one notifed me? Told him to forget it and I went and retrieved my bike. I was going to buy a new bike too but since they blew it on the service I will buy my 2nd bike somewhere else. Ultimately would have taken 2 weeks if I was lucky to get a couple tires. Rediculous! I can rebuild an engine in 2 days. I do not recommend and I will be telling everyone I know to steer clear of this joint.

Came into this store, after walking around for awhile 2 gentleman in the shop area continued to talk to each other and did not acknowledge me. I came to buy accessories for my road bike but no one helped me. The shop I got the bike at does not carry many road accessories and they would need to order it. Even though this shop(TREK) is closer to me, since I live in the apartments behind the store, for accessories and service I will go back to the other shop in Delray and order the parts there and get my bike serviced there. They didnt sit around chatting and ignored their customers.

Just rented a trek bike from the Boynton beach store. Billy the manager, & Jaimie the wrench both took great care of me. I came to p/u the bike about 6:40 pm on Wed. nite. The shop closes at 7pm, but I never felt rushed to be out of there by closing. It needed pedals, a new stem & saddle bag for a good fit which was performed efficiently & quickly. They were knowledgeable & friendly. Although it was my 1st time to the shop, I immediately felt as if this was my shop back home. I would recommend this shop unconditionally with the full knowledge you will be pleased w/ the service.

Big KUDOS to Christian at the Boynton Beach, FL store for going above and beyond, and doing an unbelieveable job servicing my mountain bike. Not only is he an outstanding bike mechanic, but he took care of some out of the ordinary issues I was having with my mountain bike rims. GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE! Many thanks for the excellent customer service I received when I went into this shop. His expertise and attention to detail has given me the confidence to call this store my go to for repairs and advice! With gratitude!

dont buy here.they lied and seemed nice but sold me a bike that had no shocks which they said was better because it was lighter and I wouldnt even notice.wrong.they said the wide tires would not be harder to pedal.wrong.they said take it on a gravel trail and I would love it.wrong.they seemed professional and courteous and I made a mistake and bought it.now I hate my bike and dont use it.

Terrible place to buy a new bicycle. I bought a trek mountain bike and got a flat tire the day I bought it on my first test ride when I got home. When I called, the woman said I must have ridden in a bad part of town over broken beer bottles, and that I should pick a better place to ride. What a jerk. I actually go out of town now to find a trek service shop because of this.

Pretty aggravating experience. Rented a bike for $40 a day, and the quick-release lever on the seat post wasnt tight enough. The seat kept shifting and lowering as I pedaled, so I had to stop and hike it up about 20 times. I knew how to fix it, but I dont take a set of hex keys with me on vacation. Took it back the next day and rented a car for less. Lesson learned.

Very Helpful in Helping me to decide on a potential bike purchase. The GM was very helpful in finding me the best bang for my buck and assessing my individual needs (i.e distance, time spent on bike, warranties) and let me go for a test ride to make sure I liked how it rode. Will probably come back and purchase a bike in the future. Good job, guys!

I had several positive experiences with this shop. They fixed my Trek on the spot when I had a quick release on my back wheel that was stripped out. They also took the time to check and order the correct part I needed on another occasion. They are polite and very professional. Highly recomended !

Great place to buy a bike. Friendly people! When getting a new bike rack for my car, they forgot to tell me I needed to buy an extra piece to make it work. They gave it to me at no cost. If youre not happy with something you buy there, they take it back with no hassles. Great experience!
