RIP OFF Witnessed an employee tell my brother his bike was $950 retail and offered him $250... Told him its the $1600 carbon fiber model he said "oh" he went to the back again and realized he was mistaken came back to us and said yeah youre right so the offer would be $350...... The bike is the 2016 model very well maintained, just a very insulting and disrespectful experience.. How are you gonna get new customers if youre just going to give them disrespectful offers $1600 year old bike for $350 when the frame alone is 500- 600 bucks.. Its a shame, he was looking to trade in his bike and purchase an $1800 bike from them.. Poor customer service, definitely wouldnt recommend 0/5 UPDATE: He went to a different bike shop and they gave him $700 for the bike, he walked out with a $2000 bike from them

Far and away the best bike shop I know. Not all bike shops in South Florida are customer friendly, but Trek of Sunrise is extremely customer focused. Daniel, Michael, and the entire staff go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. When I was looking at purchasing a new bicycle because of an issue I was having with a previous bike, they were helpful, patient, and accommodating. They are very knowledgeable and willing to answer from the most complex to the most minute questions. I have spent literally hours shopping and asking questions and have never been made to feel unwelcome. When you purchase a bicycle, more than a brands, you are purchasing the experience. This has been the best experience I have had, from purchase, to maintenance, and everything else. 5+ stars.

I was very keen to see the latest Trek road bikes. I gave the salesman some backround info - I was from South Africa, visiting Florida with family and children and wanted to review and price bikes and kit. We identified a Garmin product and after a full review of the Garmin series 510, 810 and 1000, I chose the Garmin Edge 1000 bundle. He did not mention that the device would have only US maps nor that I would have to purchase maps for South Africa. He scored a sale but left a very, very sour and dispappointed taste in my mouth. Not good rep for Trek and especially as I was completely taken by the store and his otherwise fantastic service and knowledge of bikes and products. Eish!

I have been a customer of the store for several years now and it is the best customer service anywhere. They have taken great care in helping me in choosing 2 different bikes for my young son as he has grown and providing excellent mechanical sevice for my Trek bike over the years. Everyone in this shop is friendly, helpful and very knowledgable about their product. As for the individual who was unhappy that he didnt get the trade in offer he expected; well I guess you never tried trading in a car you thought was worth more than they offered! Wake up my friend and sell it online yourself next time. To all the staff at this Trek store, Thank you!!

I have stopped in the store a number of times and they have always been incredibly helpful. I just had my two 10+ year old Trek bikes in for long overdue service. They went over the bikes and told me what I needed... and what I didnt need. They could have sold me more service but I felt that they were totally honest and professional. My bikes were ready when promised and were returned to me in MUCH better condition than when I dropped them off. I highly recommend Jeff and crew to anyone looking for parts, service or to purchase a bike. I will certainly return!

Disappointed, took a DT Swiss rim to get bearings swapped out and nothing went smoothly, took a week and then i walked in and asked about only to find out they did not have a tool and needed to order (no big deal), then my thru axle did not want to slide thru hub (again we got it fixed) now my cassette hub has about half a mil of play in it, and the ratchet pawns would make sound, not a peep now. Im not taking the rim for a third time into the store is too much for me for a simple hub bearing replacement.

I was in the Sunrise, FL store on Wed, June 29th. I went in to purchase a helmet and to price out different madels. The employee that assisted me was Jeff Guistwhite. I had a truly excellent experience. Not only was Jeff very thorough in explaining the different models he has a very friendly mannerism that made the whole experience in the store that much more enjoyable. As soon as I got my bike home I had to turn around and go back.. to get another one for my dad!! Weve now bought 3 bikes from them. All fantastic machines. My Émonda SL6 is awesome. Special thanks to Jordan and Saul. Those guys will take care of you and make sure you leave beyond satisfied with your purchase. Its really rare to get good customer service in SoFla but they deliver.

Received a call stating bike I previously ordered had arrived. Came in for bike but staff was unable to locate it. Received a call several hours later stating bike was indeed at the shop. Had to come in again for the bike. The exceptional customer service I received during the ordering process is why Trek Sunrise will at least receive a 4 star rating.

Very bad services, store managering, bike mechanic services. Bought a expensive bike from this store brand new 2 days later having brake problems took the bike back it got 10 times worst this people dont know what they doing, Im surprised they still open with very bad management

These guys box up my mtn biking for shipping all the time. They always do an awesome job with tons of packing/protection. Hard to find a shop that cares and thats what these guys do...they actually care.

Helpful staff especially Logan who set me up with the perfect set of tires to go on the trails at Markham Park. Not too big of a selection however only go there if you want a bike or need one serviced.
