THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. First order never received after about two weeks called in and the woman I spoke to was on her own phone asking someone to pick her up and kept asking me to repeat myself . Then they actually send out it my item which I surprise they wouldnt rush ship it but did he same slow shipping . Get the item the size is cut off and it doesnt even come remotely close to fitting . I send it back which I had to pay for shipping . Get it credit which they didnt refund my shipping for the first item . So at point Im out 15 on shipping . Ordered a new one which I measured myself again being someone who sews I know my size . Get the new item once again way too small . I even sized up . Had a friend try on the large and shes a size two and could barley get it up . Which I will point for this time i and to pay for shipping again so now Im out 20 bucks just on shipping . I emailed them all they say is your not measuring yourself right . Are you kidding me ? Dont ever buy here unless you have a child body and your willing to over pay for nothing in return .

Horrible service. The rep was not familiar with products they had and when she answers the phone and asks you how can she help and you start talking she automatically cuts you off and says hold on and transfers you to "The Boss" or some other rep. The Owner is also very rude. she hung up the phone on me and refused to answer emails after numerous requests to update me on a replacement shipment that they claimed they sent, but after days of no response I called only for them to tell me that the order was cancelled and they never informed me when it was needed for an event. I would give them a rating of 0 if I had the option. Also I had to Pay freight and shipping fee to send the product back. They refunded me however the miscommunication between employees there and the way they handle situations are distasteful.

I bought a bandage dress for my birthday from here. It was very last minute and I had no idea of what I wanted. The staff was very friendly and patience with me. I tried on a million things! I was surprised to see that they had way more clothes in the store than what I saw on instagram. I also bought this girdle thing to hid my little pouch under my dress, I was expecting to buy it but the sales person told me to try it on. It looked good underneath my dress so I did. The prices are reasonable and they also have some of the same stuff i see at Akira and gojane.com. My experience was great overall, Ill be going back!

My first review was a 5 start , but forget all that !!! I ordered my shaper on the 24th of august with 3-5 day processing its the 30th now (thats 7 business days from the day i oreded ) and its not going to get sent out til the 2nd? Im happy I didnt pay for sooner shipping it would of been a lost of money hopefully when it does come its what I wanted . NEVER AGAIN ! NEVERRRRR

Personally, I experienced excellent customer service with this company, so that alone is the reason why Im giving 5 stars. They sent me the incorrect size on the item I ordered, which I promptly sent back with a note explaining what happened. Once they received the item, they emailed me back,issued me a refund for the money I spent on postage, and sent me my proper size.

First time purchasing clothing from this boutique- wanted to support local businesses in the neighborhood.. The staff was very polite and helpful, however the clothing was cheap (poor quality)... They have to do better- MOST of the clothing is overpriced for the material/quality...No refunds (that should have been my 1st clue) and they only allow exchange within 7 days..

I ordered a shaper it didnt fix, and Ive gotten the same size in other shapers, I emailed the company letting them know I wouls like to exchange the item, I never received a response. I honestly dont want a refund. Just the correct size shaper. I will never order again! A few of high end clients will be doing reviews as well.

My last visit was not really inviting, the staff was only thinking about the food another staff member has brought in. Im assuming the one in charge sent everyone to lunch and their was no-one to help on the floor. I would like to keep supporting this small black owned business but you guys have to step up your game.

I actually liked the waist trainer but after wearing a for a few weeks the steel bone came out. The rep was a little ghetto and rude but did offer me a 50% discount. Will not order again. Will try another company.
