I visit the store today. Oct 30th 2015, when I first came in the approach me as hun! Then the young lady behind the counter was loud, she talk way to much and very unprofessional. She was singing a song about smoking, drinking and hoping I are it to church.one lady came on with her sister turning 18 the young lady said you are old enough to buy a blunt!. Some model I guess? Just hang out there. Now the clothes are nice,but I think they should talk sometime to hang the clothes up properly. I dont think its enough to choose from. So I will not say that it was a bad ,but it just can be Ran a little more professional. Im big on file rest impression . love my dress and I will return,

I love love love love love this store im plus but not built like a coke bottle at all but this is truly the only store I shop at I love their great customer service, their suggestions for items that compliment me and not take away from beauty and whenever Im there they make me feel so welcome a special shout goes out to Britney and Angie they always make sure I walk out with a smile and satisfied trust me when I say I never spend my money any where else I dont if you havent shop there and you plus you need to get there they got that Heat for us size sexy Divas :) thanks guys in my tupac Voice "you are appreciated"!! I tried to cancel an order online before it was processed on a Sunday when boutique is closed might I add. Shortly after, I requested that seller rescind transaction a couple hours later I received an email with tracking number. I sent another email to seller asking to cancel order. She replied to my first email that was sent at 9:54 a.m 10/30/16, today at 1:39 p.m.stating that it had been shipped.Ladies if you are not 100% sure that you want something from this company dont order it. Be weary if you order online because she would rather have your money than making sure youre please with your purchase and customer service.

Customer Service at Curve Culture Boutique is absolutely amazing! I spoke with Angie who went out of her way to ensure my birthday wardrobe was a success. When my size or color was not available in her particular store, she called to other stores to locate my product. She even went as far as placing my order and sending me an invoice right away so I could get my package shipped out in time before the big day. If you are looking for friendly and reliable customer service ask for Angie. She is sure to make a plus size woman feel like a Queen.

I had a phenomenal experience at the boutique. Angela not only gave me amazing customer service but she also made an awesome referral to another nearby shops that help to complete my look. When her store location did not have the item I wanted in stock she called the other location to locate the item. I received exactly what I needed. Many people complain about poor service but often dont rave enough about excellent service. I would recommend this great business to anyone in the market for unique pieces and great customer service.

I visited the store for the first time today and was very satisfied. The manager informed me that they receive shipments on Tues and Fri, so with me visiting on a Monday I may not find specifically what Im looking for. Luckily I still found 4 pieces that I loved on the site, the manager was very friendly, knowledge and informative. She even took my info to contact me when specific items that I wanted arrived. Ill be shopping here regularly.

Just went here today and i enjoyed my experiences there. The store is neat and clean and the decor feels classy. They had a candle lit so it was a nice scent flowing. The girls were very nice and helpful. I did hear a worker ask people how it was going but it seemed helpful vs yelling or annoying. The prices are decent. They do a birthday discount which was nice. I will be returning.

I placed an order online 3/7 and selected the pick up in store option. I wasnt certain of how the process worked so I called the store. Every single time I called, I was treated with exceptional customer service by Angie. On my last call with her, I was impressed that she had remembered my name. That goes a long way with me by the way.

Poor customer service. They have the product, we know theyre black owned... But theyre lacking classy attitudes and staff. When I shop at Neiman Marcus no one yells at me In the dressing room.... And theyre way more busier and bigger!

Love this boutique. Angela is a doll. I stopped by to pick up a dress that I ordered online. Gorgeous dress but it didnt fit. Girlfriend helped me find several dresses of which I picked two and I absolutely love them.
