Beware of this shop; Cartier was once a good jeweler, but no longer. The service is horrific. I have several watches from them, and each time I take one in there is some new "mystery" issue which needs addressing at a substantial cost. I do not believe them, as one watch had not been worn and was kept in a safe, dry place since its last servicing, but they claimed that it had "moisture" in the movement which would cost a decent sum to redress. Quite simply disingenuous.

This place is for the upper crust of society also known as One Percent. Glasses, perfume, etc., are the most affordable items. Cartier serves up the finest customer service and the finest gold and diamonds around. Definitely on the wish list!

While I dont have the funds to purchase all the trinkets I want, the staff is always friendly and warm. Ive had a few repairs and even though its a bit of a slow process they kept me up to date and made it as painless as possible.
