I ordered an item, and opted to pick it up at the store. I called to let them know I was going to be driving 4 1/2 hours to pick the item up. I even called to let them know when I arrived in town, and that I hoped I would make it before they closed. Upon arrival at the store, I informed the lady of who I was and requested the item that I had driven all that distance for. I was then told that they had shipped the item that morning! This was the second mishap in less than a month with these people. They are not professional at all!!

I preferred two swimsuits off their website for gifts for my girlfriend and each time they were completely different than what was depicted on their website. They were neon colors in person and very nuetrul colors on the site. My girlfriend laughed at me because she thought they were for children.
