In Minnesota, I had THE brow lady of Minneapolis. She was professionally trained and worked for Vogue magazine for a few years before starting her own studio. Thats right, a studio for brows?! A studio let me tell you, it cost me $70 w/tip each time I had them done. Needless to say when I moved to Chicago I had NO idea where to go that would allow me the same look. So I caved after a few weeks looking like a Muppet Baby, I went to the local nail salon. Lets start off by saying most of them double dip, and their wax strips are a one size fits all. They are quick and cheap, but anyone can do your brows at that rate. After many failed attempts to get my brows right, always too thin BTW... I went to Benefit after a quick trip to Macys. The do brow mapping! Although my brows were crazy thin, I weathered the storm by taking 5 months to grow them out fully to start over and have my brows mapped the correct way. Totally wroth it! Going to the Benefit boutique is just a very fun experience, you can bring your dog, you can chat with all the locals. Ladies, if you can give your brows 5 months to grow back in, you will find that it was well worth the wait. Although this is a bit extreme, I didnt have to wait that long, I could have certainly gotten them cleaned up while waiting for them to grow in... Choice is yours!

Ive been a loyal customer of this Benefit for over five years, and have used Jackie as my aesthie with great results. However, I had a 4:45 appointment today and was running late due to traffic on Damen. I received a phone call at 4:52 informing me that they could no longer honor my appointment even after I explained that I was two minutes away. Ive never had this happen before with a service appointment, and particularly not even 10 minutes after the appointment was scheduled to begin. I wasted valuable time trying to get to the salon only to have to turn around and drive back through traffic to pick my daughter up from daycare with unkempt eyebrows. Im highly disappointed to say I dont think Ill be visiting Jackie at this location any longer, and will find a new salon that values long time customers more.

The services and products here are great! Ive been here twice for an brow tint & wax. The staff is very friendly. Even though theyre trying to sell Benefit products on top of the services I never feel like thats the only thing theyre interested in, which is nice. Theyre also very good about accommodating last minute appointments. The brow tints Ive had done here were excellent and have lasted 4-6 weeks minimum. The stylist recommended a great shade for my brows that resembles the dark parts of my hair. Ive always gotten quite a few compliments after - especially when I went with a darker shade. The wax was nice - very thorough. I might recommend having the upper portion threaded though. My skin tends to be sensitive to wax, so its nice to have the option.

I had a great experience!!!!! All of the girls are great, but honey let me tell yall about Cristina!!!! That girl slayed my whole life!!! That girl is an eyebrow EXPERT!! Believe me when i tell you, you will not be dissapointed!! Ive gone to many people to do my eyebrows and never have i ever had anyone make my eyebrows look as amazing as she did!! She is a great makeup artist and has such a great spirit!! CHECK THAT GIRL OUT!!!! I wish i was allowed to rate more than 5 stars, because that is the type of service i recieved. It was my first time there, now it will be from infinity to beyond lol.Thank you all soo much!

Just got my eye trio done yesterday and my eyebrows are looking lovely. Courtney is actually the best person to go to but she wasnt available yesterday. My brow artist left a little dye underneath my eyes which Nikki the make up artist tried to clean up as best she could...usually not a problem though. Nikki is the stuff for make up and she will make you look pretty even after you have had hot wax ripped off your face skin. Good for those of us with light eyebrows who need some tinting to make us look like we have those fluffy guys.

Shae slayed my brows! Shes a keeper ladies & gents. She just knows what shes doing and shes precise, clean, friendly. I popped in as a walk-in and thank goodness I was able to get squeezed in. Cristina is such a sweet, approachable and friendly makeup artist who made the experience of just being in the store fun! I guess thats why shes turn up Tina haha. She also schooled me on some essentials. I will definitely be back and look forward to visiting the gals at this location.

For $50 in product purchase the talented makeup artists here will make you look like a natural beauty. My maid of honor and I came here for a pre-shower makeover and my guests couldnt stop raving about how radiant I looked. The boutique gets very busy on the weekends so be sure to make an appointment.

This place is a joke. Rudest people working her. Go to one at an Ulta. Not a single person in the place, the say its an hour wait. The woman who does makeup asked me if I use a lot of cheap products, told me tinting eyelashes is worthless (way to sell a service). Worst Benefit service ever.

convienent for make up and waxing however they do pressure you to buy so stay strong if you just want to buy one or two things. they are super friendly however, and will remember your face if you come in several times which gives it a nice neighborhood feel.
