If you want to keep your customers you should go out of your way maybe just a tad. Me and my friends go there every time we go to Marquette and spend a quick 100.00 plus on used clothing may I add so thats quite a bit. I recently was there and dropped my Fitbit in the changing room and I called to see if they would ship it C.O.D. meaning Id pay for shipping when it came in). I live two hours away may I add. Well they cant ship it out to me as theres only one working during business hours. Well why dont you ,"the owner" take five minutes out of your time and just drop it off at the post office as I already gave them my address. Cant do it!!!! The worker that called me today was very nice and said she would of did it, but her car broke down. The owner actually should of been nice enough just to do it in my opinion. It wouldnt of cost her nothing just her time!!!! Bad customer service on the "owners" part, not the employees!!!! I do understand thats its not there responsibility to do such, but I own a business and someone left something behind and I knew who it belonged to i would of shipped it out without question and most likely paid the 4.00 to ship it out to as I want to keep my customers!!!!

I fell in love with PHAT Boutique the first time I walked into the Sault Ste. Marie store back when I was in high school. Although it was an hour away, I still made the trips with my mom and sister because of how awesome this place was for getting name brand clothes for super cheap! And offering CASH for the clothes you dont want anymore? Too cool. Now I am about to graduate college and have the wonderful opportunity to work at this wonderful local business. The girls I work with are all amazing at every single location, and what girl doesnt want to be surrounded by the latest and greatest fashion trends for an affordable price? I have loved PHAT Boutique since the first time I walked into the very first location. <3
