Update: my old stylist no longer works at this salon but I went anyway. I went in about two months ago. I didnt want to write a bad review because I feel bad for the employees there. But I have to go get another cut and color just a few weeks later somewhere else to fix my hair and Im annoyed about that. Im not sure if they got new management or something but it was just very uncomfortable in the salon. All of the employees seemed miserable. Also, someone who I assume was an owner or boss came in half way through my appointment. They were having a lot of work related conversations and just hanging out in the salon area, which to me is very unprofessional. They dont have a waiting area where you can sit down. I stood there for at least 10-15 minutes after getting a call to come an hour later than my scheduled appointment. Family members of people who work in the salon were also waiting and they were offered seats in the salon area while I had to stand there waiting with a open door and freezing rain outside. I get that they are family, but again its just very unprofessional to make your clients go through that. So I was already extremely uncomfortable before I even met my stylist. And the receptionist wasnt smiling or friendly and didnt apologize for my wait or the freezing cold air coming in from outside. I thought about just leaving but didnt because I really needed the haircut badly. When I called to make the appointment I asked the receptionist to help me find someone who would be right for me. I have thick crazy unruly hair and I need someone who is capable of managing that and who is professional enough to help guide me in the right direction. All other salons Ive been to know their staff well enough to at least send to their most senior stylist but the receptionist here was like "why dont you just tell me what time you want to come and Ill see whos available ".... um okay. I thought then that I shouldnt have made the appointment but I did anyway. So of course, the woman who cut and colored my hair gave me an amateur haircut & a color job that was not really what I wanted. She wasnt very friendly but again I think it was because she, like all of the other employees that day seemed uncomfortable and miserable like someone just got fired or the boss was hanging around too much. She didnt do a good job on my hair but she was not experienced enough and I dont really feel that its her fault. When she finished, the owner or whoever who was just standing around and talking came over to compliment my hair. Then he said to the stylist "looks like you get to keep your job another week", joking. The poor woman didnt think it was funny and I thought it was again, extremely unprofessional. Im sorry but when I pay over $200 to get my hair done it has to be perfect. I always expect to spend about $200-300 on a hair appointment because usually if you go to a salon that charges that much, it is perfect. You get a good haircut and a relaxing experience delivered by professionals. My hair has always been thick and crazy so I will pay if I can find someone who can help me with it. Not the case here. Dont go there, its awful and not worth the money.

I purchased a Groupon for a no chip manicure. I was greeted by a stylist as the receptionist/manicurist, Anna, walked up to the counter to check me in. Randi was my nail technician. She was not pleasant, even though she tried very hard to be. She rushed me to pick my nail color and her attitude was very snotty. She also spoke very badly of African American women. Randi made sure to tell me that the salon had been around for 15 years but she forgot to tell me she was a novice technician. I told her I wanted to keep my nail length. She did not shape my nails, I had to tell her to refile my nails. She did not do a good job cleaning my cuticles either and the paint job was mediocre. I give this salon 3 stars because of the assistant manager, Joann, who did a great job of assisting me during this very frustrating visit. Its a beautiful salon however, I will not be returning due to the incompetence of the nail technician Randi.

I went to this salon this weekend and got my hair done by my girl Sarah DeCorah. I love this girl! She is so talented and always does an amazing job on my hair. She is also super fast! I used to spend 3+ hours at the salon to get highlights because I couldnt find a super foiler like Sarah. I am in and out with highlights, cut, and blow out in less than 2 hours. The salon is very clean and modern. I think it is a very pleasant environment to spend sometime in to get your hair done. The wash bowls are also comfortable. It was a sunny day while I was there so the nature light was nice coming in the front windows. All of the staff there were pleasant. This is also a boutique because they offer a small selection of jewelry and accessories. I bought a pair of earring and a necklace that I really like. I highly recommend this salon and go see Sarah!

I purchased a Groupon for services at Dynamic Salon. The salon was clean, and the nail techs were friendly and attentive. However, the salon was loud and hosted a large baby shower that took over the entire salon. I felt very uncomfortable trying to enjoy my manicure and pedicure with my friend in the middle of the salon and wish the salon had closed for the event and not taken my appointment for that day. Im not sure if Ill return as the salon is not close to my home or work and the manicure started to chip the next day.

Bought two Groupons today for my sister and I. I called to schedule an appointment for either Wednesday or Thursday after 4 oclock since those are my days off and my sister goes to school. And i wasnt given one , i was told that only one of us could be seen, pretty upsetting! Now i have to wait for a call if any space becomes available on the days i can only go. Psh

My favorite place for a blow dry. All of their stylists are well trained and can work with all hair types. Aside from being woman owned, the Gomez sisters make sure everyone who walks in is treated like family. Ive never walked out disappointed with my hair or nails or eyebrows - full service salon!

I regularly have my mani and pedi services but I recently had my lashes tinted and curled as well as my eyebrows and they look amazing! The service is excellent, they have fun boutique items for purchase in the front and I always have a great experience with the staff and owners. Amazing place!

They use great products for hair, nails and facials. They also have cute clothing and jewelry for sale (they are always changing things up and keeping it interesting!) Oh, and I love Margaritas and Manis night!

Dont get the callus removal. I paid $5 extra for nothing. They also dont have toe dryers, so I awkwardly stood there till my toes were dry enough to put my boots on
