I like the merchandise, but wow, the customer service is dreadful. Ive been in the shop several times and the owner was incredibly cold. Despite her attitude I kept coming back. However the last time I was there a guy was working and was very rude. I had my child w/me and he was clearly irritated. He even went so far as to tell me not to shop w/my child in the future. Unacceptable. Dont they realize there are several stores in the area that carry the same merchandise? I wont be back to shop at Sage again. Ill take my business to similar boutiques that have decent customer service.

beautiful windows, apparel, and up keeping but wow the owner is rude and doesnt deserve your money. If you are going to own a store, you must welcome your clients in regardless if you have another employee on the sales floor or not. You represent the store just as much as the store does itself. I have had two young brunettes help me while in the store. Both passionate and great in sales, but as much as they are helpful, the owners negativity shines through.

I have always passed this store as it is right around the block from where I live. On the day that I finally get a chance to peruse the store I was disappointed by the rude, unfriendly and unwelcome service that appears to have come from the store owner. The items were cute and somewhat affordable but you would expect that with the economy being so tough, some attention would be paid to the quality of the service and not just the showmanship of the products.

I did really like this place because they have cute dresses and great jewelry. That all changed when I saw the same dresses at other boutiques for $20-30 less! A little overpriced in my opinion. There was also a dress I tried on that clearly did not fit me well. The sales woman kept insisting I buy it.

Sage is a great little clothing and accessories shop in Lakeview! I have many pieces that are wear regularly and I always receive compliments! The buyer seems to be always in trend and they have very unique, one of a kind, affordable merchandise!
