Recently I developed a swollen, irritated, and watery left eye. I tried the neighborhood clinic who prescribed me antibiotics for what they thought was pink eye. After six days, there was no improvement. I have not been to an eye doctor in 40 years, but now was the time. TSO had a good reputation that I was aware of, so I tried the one in Kingwood. When I called, I was greeted with a friendly voice saying, "How can we help you see better today?" They were able to make an appointment for me the same day - three hours after my call. When I arrived, a young lady approached me and addressed me by my name (good guess). She asked me to fill out some brief paperwork. I submitted it, then an assistant escorted me into an examination room for a few questions and eye checks. After a few minutes, I was lead to a waiting area and told Dr. Owens would see me shortly. I waited no more than five minutes when Dr. Owens brought me into another examination room. After a more detailed eye exam, it was determined that I had an allergic reaction of some kind, but not pink eye. I was prescribed a steroid that began working immediately to relieve my sore and watery eye. I was asked to return for two follow up visits to check my progress - one with Dr. Pham and the other with Dr. Owens. They were kind enough to not charge me for the final follow up. I highly recomment the Kingwood TSO for any eye care issues. In all three visits, I sensed the staff was fast and efficient, but I never felt rushed. This place is super clean, has a very friendly atmosphere, and it was pleasant to be assisted by beautiful professional ladies.

Dr Pham is EXCELLENT!!! I moved to Bellville, TX, but will gladly make the 2 hour drive to take my kids and myself back to see him, Erica & Hayley. He & his staff are friendly, courteous, and so very helpful and understanding. Dr. Pham & Erica have gone above and beyond the norms of customer service, for me & mine. Case in point, Dr. Pham doesnt work on Saturdays, but that is the only day my family has available, he is COMING IN FOR US ON SATURDAY!!! Now that is above & beyond. They are truly a blessing in my life!! Thank you Dr. Pham, Erica & Hayley, we appreciate you more than you will ever know.

I first came here in 2014 and will continue to do so. Dr. Pham and staff are super friendly, welcoming, and always go above and beyond to help me out with whatever I need. I would wholeheartedly recommend TSO - Kingwood to anyone. I would even go so far as to say you may want to consider visiting them even if you have a TSO closer to you. Ive been to other TSOs and although i didnt have anything bad to say about the service, I didnt have as many good things to say as I do about Dr. Pham and staff. Visit them, you wont regret it.
