you have a choice... pay cash and get to use their sales OR use your insurance and dont get the sale price. Example - they have a sale 69.99 for a pair of glasses lenses included ... but it costs 120 if I want to use my insurance to cover it. their other sale is buy one get one free ... this cost 500 for your first pair with insurance, so not much of a sale since you can get 2 pairs for 140 with cash. So in conclusion ... if you have insurance ... this place is a rip off!!! The EYE DOCTOR is NOT part of Vision Works Company... she is Independent ... and She ROCKS!! And she accepts insurance with out stupid things.... So use her and take your prescription some place else for your glasses or contacts!

Excellent service! Veronica was wonderful. She was very patient and did not loom over me while I was trying on frames. I probably tried on 30 different frames! But she never rushed me. Then, she explained the options I had on lenses and the different prices. And she was never pushy, never tried to make me get the most expensive lenses. She really listened to my needs, and she helped me make a selection that I was comfortable with. And when she told me they would be ready the next day, that was the cherry on the cake! The other places said it would take 1-2 weeks for my glasses...

I made an appointment on Monday and scheduled for Wednesday. As soon as I got there, I filled out paperwork and was then seen. Apart from the extra-friendly personnel at the optometrists office, the doc herself is extremely nice and professional. She answered my questions and provided trial contacts to ensure I commit to the ones best suited for me. Overall...a great experience!
