Excellent customer service. Honest and trustworthy. I have used them numerous times and they are always spot on with what is wrong with my device and they give you an estimate before they start. I had a new Iphone sent to me by my company and had to factory reset the one they sent to me in error. after entering my password there was a 4 digit password i knew nothing about. so i went to the verizon store and they couldnt help me and REFERRED me to 607 Tech Solutions. I should have gone there in the first place. No problem and very reasonable price. this was the most minor problem they have helped me with. I would recommend that anyone in need of phone or computer repair use 607 Tech solutions.

Spilled coffee on my macbook air and it wouldnt turn on or charge anymore, I was sure it was done for. Asked around, and a few friends recommended Chris and the guys at Tech Solutions. I took it in and, dang, he worked his magic, and saved my sorry a**. They were honest, friendly, upfront, and extremely knowledgable. In all seriousness, you cant get that kind of service almost anywhere, even in the fancy places in the big cities. I would rather have these guys than Apple Genius Bar. We are extremely lucky to have a place like this in our little neck of upstate NY.

I and my family are regular customers at 607 Tech in Vestal. It seems that someone always needs repair....mostly iPhones which makes me thankful for my Galaxy S7. They have always been helpful, fast, accommodating and reasonably priced...and always a phone call with the cost first. I would...without any reservation....recommend them to anyone who needs computer, tablet or phone repair. Great people to work with.

The display on my iPad was distorted with wavy lines. The Apple recommended big box repair store could not address the problem; however, they did suggest that a local tech repair place may be able to address the issues. I traveled directly to 607 Tech Solutions and they repair the device problems within minutes. The personnel were professional, personable, and competent. This is a great local resource.

607 tech fixed my iPhone screen but after some days the screen came out. I went back to store and the guy who was working there said this is the best he can do, which is so bad. I did not recommend 607 for anybody. If you have any problem with your device, go to apple store.

Thought my phone was destroyed when it was run over. They replaced my screen in under 30 minutes and it looks brand new! Brought in my MacBook Pro to have the keyboard replaced and they repaired it in a day! I highly recommend 607 Tech! Im a loyal customer for life!

Although they could not fix my computer, they were more than courteous in trying. Tried everything and waived the repair fee since it didnt fix the computer. Would recommend to anyone hands down
