Very slow service waited over 15 minutes to pay a bill. Was not acknowledged when I came in they have a list on a table that most dont even know to sign. And when u do sign doest mean your next. Actually signed the list waited 15 minutes all for someone else to be helped whom just walked in. Went over to the greenbrier mall location and was greeted and my bill paid as soon as I walked in and there were 5 other customers in the store. This store is a joke.

Just switched to t mobile from verizon , yes its cheaper and customer service at this location is great , however i wish i never would have switched the signal is absolutely terrible , i was in Williamsburg today and dropped 2 calls and at one point had no service , dont pay attention to their so called coverage map , it is not accurate at all !! So in an emergency situation you may or may not be able to dial 911, buyer beware .

Best tmobile store ever, always nice and cheerful, and they actually know what they are doing u like the one on kempsville..this is the only tmobile store I will go to anymore keep up the good work guys!!
