I went to the store to purchase a new phone and was incredibly disappointed. The agent who assisted me said he was from Charlotte NC and they had flew him up here to help with phone sales. The gentleman then proceeded to sell me a phone he did not physically have in the store and explained that someone from their Fayettville location would be bringing the phone within 10 minutes. After waiting 40 minutes I decided I would simply drive to fayettville myself. The kicker was that he had already activated the new phone through the computer and would not let me leave with my old phone. When I explained this to the woman at the new store she explained that wasnt true and he did it simply for the sales commission so he would get the credit instead of sending me elsewhere. Never again will I go to an authorized retailer. I will go straight to a corporate store. The kicker was when I got a text warning me I went over my data. They had backed up all my music while in the store and not connected to wifi. I barely use 1 gb, that day I used 7. They also lied about phone insurance and told me Asurion no longer covered water damage or lost phones so I went with a third party that charges my card directly instead of placing the charge on my bill. Oh and the gentleman from the Teall Ave location received a commission on this as well. Asurion does still cover water damage and lost phones. Thankfully I was able to get a refund for the 6 extra gb used and I cancelled the third party insurance and went back to Asurion. Nightmare of an experience! I definitely do not recommend either location!

I typically only read reviews of places and have never taken the time to write one. But after the seriously outstanding service I received at this store, I just had to take a minute to write one. Chris Hart - you are awesome....so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I live in Camillus but chose to drive 20 minutes to get to this store instead of driving 5 to that ridiculously bad Verizon store in Camillus. It was worth the time and gas money!!! I will always come to this Teal Ave store...best customer service Ive gotten in a long time. And what genuinely nice guys. Cellular Sales makes the corporate Verizon store seem like a bad joke.

Anthony bushnoe I came to Verizon in a panic because last night I got. A worrysom message saying I had A very seriously and had to act immediately. Not knowing technology much I didnt do anything. I waited to come to Verizon where Anthony looked atitand told me it was. A scam. He. Showed me how to clear my screen and get rid of it. Im so glad I didnt act on my own since I probably would have made it worse. Anthony was very nice, helpful and professional. I will be glad to recommend him to my friends. Thank you Anthony for making my day

I had the worst and best afternoon here. My phone once was lost but is now found, and throughout the whole process I had the huge help of Sandy and Josh. Those two helped me figure out next steps when the phone was lost, and were very thorough in trying to get me the best deal for the situation. I ended up miraculously getting my phone back and they were super excited for me too! Literally 10/10 would recommend these humans for all your phone needs. Much helpful. Such efficient.

Conor at Verizon was such a great help! He answered all the questions we had while still making casual conversation with us. He helped us call Sprint to switch over to Verizon and were glad to have come across a person like him! He made our visit more enjoyable. He also even offered us some refreshments since we were there for over an hour. Overall, he was very helpful and entertaining and we left with smiles on our faces.

Be ware this store they lie and say anything to get you to sign up with them... It is costing me $1200 to get out of the mess they created. They had me sign a contract but lied about what charges would be billed to me every month. DO NOT USE THIS STORE, IF YOU MUST HAVE VERIZON USE A COPORATE STORE THESE LIARS ARE NOT REALLY VERIZON JUST A DEALER! GO TO THE VERIZON DEALER IN CICERO THEY ARE VERY HONEST!

He then took the time to listen to exactly what I would like and went over my options with me. I decided on the LG G6 and I couldnt be happier with my decision. Conor at Verizon in lyncourt, on teall ave was absolutely Wonderful! Customer service was spot on and very helpful with any questions I had... Had a great experience updating my phone, porting my wifes number over from AT&T/activating on a new device, and also, switching our home internet service to Fios. Tim Neider was excellent and accommodating. He made the process hassle free and quick. Very Satisfied and would recommend this store to anyone.

Joseph Smith assisted me. He was very knowledgeable in upgrading to the new verizon plan. Assisted me with a third party on a warranty claim. And when that was unsuccessful, assisted in the purchase of a replacement phone which is very nice. I would come back to see him in a heartbeat.

Great sales experience! Sales Rep was able to rectify a gross miscommunication made by another sales associate. I will now stay with Verizon rather than buying out my contract and moving on to another company. Verizon is fortunate to have a competent and friendly employee like Bryce Nixon.
