Manager, Tim, is rude, condescending, and arrogant. Does not know what hes talking about. Ruined my iPhone and have to get an entire new phone (not from them obviously). Verizon authorized location? I question that. Over priced and will rob you of your money. He called me names and then refused to help me with the problem he created. Learn some customer service, or get a new job Tim.

Horrible. When they fixed my phone, it only led to more problems and costs. Why pay $140 when you can get your phone fixed at Destiny for $60 with no problems? The customer service was terrible as well. Please avoid this place at all costs!

I went in to get the charger port on my iPhone fixed. It was going to cost $80. Went to the mall to get it fixed and they charged $30. This place is a huge rip off. Go to Destiny to get anything fixed for a much better price.
