Wish there was an option to give 0 stars. Do NOT bring your phone here. DeAngelo and Hassan are scam artists. They will lie to you, tear apart your phone, try and place scratched, used, dingy parts on your phone. Yes they are cheap, but there is a good reason for that. Pay with credit card just in case they try and trick you. DO NOT pay with cash. They are unprofessional and this place should be shut down. You will be taken advantage of and lied to if you trust them with your phone. Do NOT trust DeAngelo (he has a gold grill in his mouth) and do NOT trust Hassan, the heavy-set cell phone repair technician. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU AND YOUR KINDNESS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IN NORFOLK!

I walked into the store with my fiance and the super pro black woman gave me dirty looks bc Im guessing Im a white woman with a black man she never once addressed me and I was the one trying to purchase a phone I was so uncomfortable I took my business else where my fiance noticed the same thing so I know I wasnt being crazy Its not smart to ostracize a whole customer base I will tell everybody I know and Im from Norfolk not to ever shop here I only give this place 1 star bc Im reguired too

I called to ask if they buy back phones. The guy gets mad and says why does everyone think we buy back phones? And hangs up. I called back saying he didnt have to hang up on me and that I wasnt aware that it was a problem. He goes on to explain they dont have a license to buy back phones. I said well you could have said that instead of hanging up. Not the best customer service.

Very unprofessional and they tell you one price and when time to get your phone they give you a high jacked up price if it wasnt such a low amount I would sue them!!! This place needs to BE SHUT DOWN ASAP!! SCAM ARTIST
