Only reason I go to the stores is to physically check out the new phones. I shop online to avoid these fools as much as possible. -Company plan my upgrade they wanted our tax ID for the company waste of a trip there I dont have that in my pocket -Took CEO to upgrade his phone apparently I cant upgrade phones anymore I need to be an Admin, I leave there another waste of time and get added to come back and be told you are only an Admin you need to be an upgrade admin. This time we worked something out but these stores are nothing but a pain in the ass. We get the phone and the staff member skips the google sign in to restore his stuff. Just so he can check for signal and be done. Only way to restore his google account the correct way is a factory reset. Thanks staff member screw you too -Went yesterday to upgrade a sales rep SPECIFICALLY SAID let him sign into his google account to restore backup. She lets him sign in and skips 100% of the restore options right in front of us. Thanks lady now we have to factory reset we even had the NFC restore option now with google you couldnt let us touch the phones together?. I wish these idiots didnt have to touch our 800$ phones, Im sticking with ordering online as much as possible. BTW those iPads, the staff looks sharp using them and everything but we all know they are slow every time. It gets annoying after my 3rd visit this month to wait 15-30 seconds every screen they have to go through and I am told "Sorry my iPad is slow today" lol yeah it is

I will tell a everyone I know that has at&t to leave! Had multiple bad experiences! For the last 2 years it has been a hit or miss with service, I just got a s6 with them had no intention of leaving the company. My husbands s5 started to act up we didnt know what was wrong. We decided to go to the store to see what we could do. So Luis was the one to "help us" we explained what was going on. His response was I cant help you, youll have to go to the Lancaster store for help. I asked for the manager an he told us theres nothing hell be able to do either so... I walked out of the store! Right to verizon they took the s5 an checked it out, ended up being a software issues! They took the time out to help at&t customers! We switched to them that day! For everyone that ever had problems with at&t just switch its not worth being customers where your heard! Go to verizon they were so great an helpful the 2 guys that I would recommend everyone to is Chris an Oscar! Best employees from verizon.

Att has horrible customer service. It takes three phone calls to get something corrected. This time after two calls I went directly to the store. The manager Krista told me that att made a mistake and would get back to me the next day. Stilling trying to get ahold of her. She dont return my calls and when I call the store, she is in a meeting....of course. Att customer service is horrible. I have heard good things about verizon...think its time for a change!

Worst experience ever . I dont mind admitting if Im wrong just dont treat me like Im an idiot after you realize Im right. Some people just dont want to work. Thats great quit taking up space, Im sure someone would be happy to do your job. Thats right youre entitled to it. This stores the American dream for sure you have to be asleep to believe it. The fact that all this time has gone by and not a single response is exactly the service youll receive..

Waited for 45 mins and then I was up next and the manager says, "they will be right with you" meaning the 2 young women that each had a customer and talking about things not concerning phones! Even the manager could have helped us but, no, he didnt. After waiting another 15 minutes, we left and will never go back to that store.

Stay far far away from salesman Chevy/Cheavore he is the epitome of what an untrustworthy salesman is. My bill was over 100 more than what he quoted me, didnt tell me about activation fees. I will never go to this store again I feel like I was taken advantage of. Im not technically savvy and he thrived off of it.

I went with my Father in law, he is here as tourist in this country. We speak spanish and a seller hispanic asistes us. My relative ask him: Do you sale original product only? And the seller answer. Do yo know what is AT&T? I thing that it not a answer. I bought a samsung wireless charger.

I have had nothing but great customer service at this location. I have visited multiple times recently and the wait was minimal. I felt the employees who helped me were knowledgeable and friendly. I give them 5 stars for excellent customer service and seeing smiles on their faces.

Superior service. Diagnosed the issue with my iPhone in about 5 minutes, fixed the problem without charging me for a new SIM card and came up with a better and cheaper data plan! In and out in 15 minutes!! Thank you Janneli!
