Worst customer service by a manager Ive ever seen! I walked in with an AT&T phone wanting to add service for a personal plan. Everyone was busy and the manager took my name & some information and told me that there were two customers in front of me. I sat down and waited. During this time, the manager was just floating around. Then, one of the Service reps was freed up. Instead of helping me she went on to do other things and he just came over to tell me that there was now only 1 customer in front of me. I think I sat there for about 1/2 hour. In that time the manager could have gotten me a phone number and SIM card. I should mention that each time I spoke with the manager he kept trying to sell me on Direct TV. I felt that if I wasnt going to buy Direct TV he was not interested in providing service. Since my phonies an AT&T phone, I cannot take it anywhere else but AT &T. I am now having to drive 1/2 hour to 1 hour to another AT &T Store to find someone who is competent enough to handle such a small issue.

The employees at this store LAUGHED at my 89 year old veteran grandfather when he mistakenly went to AT&T instead of his eye glass store. Instead of explaining he was in the wrong store and help him find the right one, numerous employees laughed at him!!!!

I have received the best customer service at the Easton store, The manager and her staff are the best. The manager goes out of her way to make sure that her customers are satisfied with their service they are receiving.
