Does not guarantee product will be in working order when done. Does not give you a receipt or record of your repair while item is with them so you have no evidence that they have worked on your item...until after you pay. Will literally scream when you get the item back and complain that other features are not working, because the item is old, even though this or any lack of liability was not discussed before attempting the repair. If you dont have much money, this may be a good option, but it is a gamble. Take precautions and document the process. They were well intentioned and affordable in the beginning, but the time-frame of the repair moved from one week to over a month with little contact and ended in an overall horrible experience.

First time going here. Was referred by a good friend, customer service was terrible; inconvenient and uncooperative. They are all about making money not customer satisfaction. They told me they could do a repair and lied to me stating the repair was complete but never told me the home button wouldnt work on my iPhone 7, but thought it was okay to charge me the full price and try to justify why I should pay for a half working phone. What made all this worse was it was the owner who did this. I will never go there again! and I will suggest you dont either. Btw they are overpriced. Going straight to Apple with no insurance is cheaper than them.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Brought my phone to get fixed. He opened it up, claimed the charger was corroded (I hadnt had any charging problems) and that itd cost $70 for him to fix it. I didnt have the money, so I didnt do it. Had it opened up by a family member with know how. Come to find out that the cell phone repair guy had disconnected a part so it wouldnt charge but still acknowledge it was connected. Will never go there again, and no body should.

DO NOT ever, ever give them your cell phone. I left my cell with the guy at the counter at 7:05 pm.. He was busy flirting with a blonde chick as he fixed her cell. Told me to be back in 45 minutes. I pulled in at 7:45 ( earlier than when he told me, AND 15 minutes before closing time). Doors locked, lights out. He left with my PHONE!!!!!! As a therapist and a mom - its pretty imperative that I have my cell on me at all times.

they had 2 of my tablets for 4 months one was a samsung broken power jack other was a kindle fire hd needed new screen. waited 4 month for them to get parts in then another 2 weeks to get my items back. Guys next time use ebay the jack for my samsung was 2.99 shipped from Florida and my screen was 79 refurbished from California place in Cicero got my parts and had them installed in less than 2 weeks

AMAZING SERVICE!! My phone was about to completely crash and start on fire and they saved it. I have over 1000 pictures and videos.. I wouldve been devastated if they werent able to fix it. Not only that, they were extremely friendly and had my phone fixed in less than 24 hours. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Very unprofessional! First ordered the wrong parts, TWICE! The when th finally arrived I was told they dont have time to install them! This dragged on for 3 weeks..... save the headache and aggravation... this is an amateur operation with ZERO customer service skills.
