Got there around 8pm needed to get a SIM card.... something that takes 5 minutes .....literally..... waited for nearly an hour as the two associates were busy with customers. Not a big problem but when my turn was up, the associate had a problem with my account and went to ask the MANAGER for help. At this point I said: "wait, theres somebody else here?" She says:" yes, the manager is in the back" here is the problem, not only was I left to wait but 3 other customers came and left out of frustration - without being helped. Which leads me to ask? What does this manager do in an at&t store thats more important than helping their associates keep customers happy let alone served? I have been with at&t for over 15 years with 5 lines on my account and this was the worst experience in a face to face setting I have ever had with this company. I will NOT be returning to this location for ANY reason

Fantastic customer service. I had my phone break the night before a long car trip, went into the store 40 minutes before closing. They not only helped me activate a replacement phone, they also checked my new phone for damage, and walked me through the steps to file my claim. They were polite and very friendly, even though I came in last minute. Great people, great store

Came in with 5 people ahead of me. 3 members of staff in the building but only 2 working. The other member is just standing at the door looking at cars driving by. Service like this is why I switched to Verizon. Yes its more money but at least they have people actually working.

Worst experience ive ever had at any store. Walked out feeling robbed, came back to talk to a manager who didnt care. Dont go here better off going to the one in hampton. This location will dazzle you with bull$&*% while they steal your money.

Horrible place. You have to wait 2 hours to get your turn Even aften having appointment. Rep will just day you will get your turn quickly, all lie. If they just Hire more reps, that should resolve all the issue. Horrible business model
