BLACK PEOPLE DON"T SHOP HERE!!! If I could put ZERO stars I would. This location is ABSOLUTELY the WORSE! The district manager is a horrible, ignorant, RACIST HISPANIC man who treats his primary customers who are BLACK horribly! It is very DISORGANISED, UNPROFESSIONAL, and the CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! I stopped in recently and was in line forever! When it came time for them to service me, the rep was too busy trying to please everyone else, skipped me several times and I had to service and call the main Metro PCS phone number myself! When I finally got a chance to speak to a manager, the district manager who came out was absolutely rude and unprofessional about my phone package that I purchased that may have been out of warrantly (when no one told me about at the initial time of purchase). He was more concerned with himself and his money and service. He had no compassion regarding my situation or the fact that I had to wait all that time to be serviced and he talked to me like I was stupid even though I probably have more degrees than his ignorant, stupid, and unprofessional self! He was very arrogant and rude to me and others and I can tell he had no respect for the me as a black woman in general. This location is a joke and they are playing blacks and their primary customers for stupid. Find a better Metro PCS location to shop from!

I want to show my appreciation I walked into the Metro PCS on Military Highway and was greetedby Eve a trainee ..... after going over some things with my broken phone she brought in Tony I must tell you Ive never met a more knowledgeable an experienced person in my life.. He was simply amazing!!!!!! Tony walked me through EVERYTHING helped me and everything..He took the extra time to actually transfer everthing...I have never had a better experience.. THIS MAN SHOULD BE ACKNOWLEDGED. THANK YOU. REGINA BELCHER

I came all the way over there by bus and a long walk just to sign up for to get 2 free new phones and service, they said they totally ran out, and they wanted me to go to another location. They were unfriendly, and they are being just like Verizon, and the T-Mobile they have always been. Its like a doctors office over there than a phone store, its like you have to be waited for many minutes. This is not how prepaid is supposed to be.
