This was a terrible mistake to come to this Store , to all you future customers , I am going to tell this is a "Privately own Store ", Do not buy from this location. This really does not represent T-mobile but I understood the lack of organization and customer services skills this store presents. I had a to return a defective device (Samsung Galaxy s7 Edge) after 2 weeks of having it , and get a working device , the store did never credit my account , but they did charge me for new device , to make it worst the store lost my device , so I this point I had no recorded transaction and my account was being billed for 2 devices , 6 months went by until I noticed why my bill was so high . I had to fight with local store manager that by the way was never available every time I Called the store, or did not work the weekends ( right ? what kind of manager does not show up on the busiest days) I try to get on contact with the district manager , that by the way they do not have a direct line to get in contact with them you can only do it via email that of course we know how that works Never replied or non existing way of contacting all the different levels of management , at this point 1-800 customer service can not help , they said the store level its responsible for fixing it and taking care of me , all they could do its a tracking device order to validate the cellphone was missing , but thats all they could do. 3 months went by on-top of the 6 months in order to had my account credited , after endless visits to the store + calls , was able to get 2 separate credit adjustments. At this point I had given up on their service , all I ever wanted is to have a " NEW WORKING DEVICE" and to enjoy my family plan , so I can have a normal life , no complications , I am paying customers ( for over 7 years) , I am not asking for free services. I ended up cancelling all my 4 lines and migrate to Verizon , today I found from T-mobile somehow I had a line that was never cancel , ( WTF ) + I will be getting a full bill because the porting took an extra 2 days (passed the billing cycle) , so now I am being billed for 30 days , for only 2 days usage , $175 later. (right , bent over one more time please) at this point I am tired and lost faith on " good service" NEVER GOING BACK TO T-MOBILE. If there were negative star feedback I would give Tmobile -5 , but guess I have to give them a single star. For all you there to what ever cellphone company you go , make sure its a company own store , not privately own. lesson learned

I went into this store last week because my LGV10 completely clonked out on me. The worker there seriously acted like not only did she didnt want to be there, but not to help me in the slightest. The only options she gave me were to warranty switch or pay $175 for an insurance claim. Either way, I wasnt going to walk out with a phone. I repeatedly told her that I am home by myself with a blood disorder and I have to have access to a phone. She just looked at me with this dumb look on her face like I was speaking Spanish. Needless to say, I did the warranty switch and had to wait 3 days to get a new LGV10. And now for the reason I gave this store 5 stars. The second phone clonked out and I was out of a phone again. I went up to the store, ready to cancel my service and go to another provider, until Anthony helped me. Not only did he set me up with a new phone through an upgrade because I was allowed one, which the other rep told me I couldnt, I also got a free set of headphones and a free tablet after activating another line we had in our account. If it wasnt for Anthony, I wouldnt be with T-Mobile anymore. I have made the decision that if he or Tina isnt there, I will not go into that store. They are the two reps you need to deal with. Everyone else just act like they are bored and dont want to help. But it was the other reps loss in the end because she lost out on the commission from my sale.

These people at this store have no idea what they are doing, they messed our whole data plan up one time went to fix it and then we ended up with no data at all so we lost our grandfathered in unlimited data went to the Greenbrier tmobile and they fixed everything no problem (this store had taken our data plans off of our plan altogether without permission), then my grandmother had an issue with her phone went here they didnt even try and fix it just told her the speakers were shot and there was nothing they could do we again went to the tmobile in Greenbrier and what do you know 10 mins later her phone was fixed her speakers werent even busted we will never ever ever return to this store

Ordered a phone that was still under warranty. It was suppose to come in today. Called and talked to Mariah. first when she answered the phone I could not understand a thing she said than she put me on hold to check to see if it was in, I waited on the phone for about 10 mins. than called back. She answered the same way and once again put me on hold to check on my phone. Came back and said its not in, no explanation no personality awful customer service. And I pay lots of money to this cell phone co. for this kind of service. The guy who ordered my phone was real nice and helpful. What a difference in employees.

This is the most rude store Ive ever been. A lady name Moriah was so rude as I was asking for some question regarding my bill that keep fluactuating. I bought a 4 line for $140 exclusive of taxes at this store a couple of month ago but they keep changing my plan and charging me with different stuff. Your promotions is a lie t-mobile! Moriah ask another girl to help her and they are both rude in telling me that the bill at the app that I am seeing is not the real bill that I am supposed to be having? What?

Went to this T-Mobile even after reading the horrible reviews. They now have a new manager and he is the absolute best! Fixed my problems and was very professional and had a sense of humor too. Everyone should give this T-Mobile another try, things has definitely changed for the better since the new sherif got in town.

Some of the employees are slow when it comes to working ans worried about goinghome i was in there for more then two hours for a warranty exchange and still had to wait to change sim cards and that didnt work had had to call customer service
