Staff is very knowledgeable in troubleshooting, and are more than happy to assist me with trivial issues I have with apps, phone functionality, etc. So happy to have these guys near my place of residence. The company uses AT&T towers, so basically is same coverage as AT&T, for a fraction of the price.
