On a recent vacation to Florida I had an issue with my LG phone that prevented me from communicating with anyone, I took my phone to the local Verizon stores near Disney World and was told by two different associates in two separate Verizon stores that they had no idea what had happened to my phone and did not offer any viable solutions to my problem. As soon as I returned to Maryland I went to the Verizon store in Queenstown, Maryland and was greeted by Ed Kelliher, who in less that 15 minutes had my phone up and working. Ed is the most knowledgeable Verizon associate that I have ever had the pleasure to interact with. If there is an awards program for Verizon associates, Ed should be considered for an award. He is a true asset, its people like Ed that have kept me as a loyal Verizon customer for the last 20 or so years. Kudos to ED!!!!

Im too lazy to right these reviews generally, but we had a great experience. We "needed" to add a phone to our account for our son. The only time we could make it was after work and after practice so we did not make it to the until right before closing. The sales rep was very knowledgeable about all the different phones and was able to show us a selection that had the features we wanted. Even though the paperwork and phone demos went quick we were there until after close but the sales staff were very professional and understanding. Cant recommend more, in april when my wife and I our due for an upgrade well be going back.

I came into the Queenstown Verizon store today with my wife so that we could get a plan together. I was recommended by a friend of mine to see Tim. As we walked into the store it just so happened that Tim was available and helped us very quickly. He helped us with our switching plans as well as getting us into new phones! He really took his time explaining the new incentives and how we could save money. Not only did we have a wonderful experience here we also felt that we have someone that we can contact at any time. He made it very clear that he is always available to talk to. Please visit this store and ask for Tim!

Our whole family comes here for our service and we receive the best service. We were lucky Tim was here to stay late while I got a new phone. He was also able to explain every plan so that we could understand it. The Verizon store in queenstown is where we have always gone and will continue to go. It always has the best service and the nicest store Ive seen. I always enjoy coming in here even if I have broken a phone. They never make me feel awful for my cracked screens. I have to say the service I have received at this location was excellent. After switching phone providers I didnt think I would like it. Went into the store, short wait, I was greeted and assisted by Ed. He assisted me in switching my services and providing me with a phone I was comfortable with. He didnt pressure me into anything and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Even once I left the store and I had questions he answered any concerns I had. If your looking to switch to verizon go see Ed at this location.

Verizon store in Queenstown Md. Walked in today Feb 15 2017 was greeted immediately and got down to business. Saved me 60 bucks a month on my monthly bill. Tim was awesome with his customer service and a great funny attitude too! Kent island didnt offer me the service or ethics that this store and Tim did. I will recommend to my friends and family that they visit this particular store only.. Even in the summer - so come see Tim and the eastern shore at same time! Fun, Sun and Tim in Queenstown at Verizon !!

When I came in here, they helped me with everything I needed! Even in a holiday weekend when I thought they wouldnt be open. They were very patient with me, I am very satisfied and happy! They lowered my monthly bill, logged into my icloud and gmail getting all my passwords. My iphone5c was ruined with water. I was helped by Ed, and he was able to get everything on my new phone. He was friendly and accommodating. The store was nice and clean as well! I would highly recommend this store to anyone!

I normally only go to the Verizon store in Dover. I recently went into the Dover store because,i was not receiving texts and the guy basically said there was nothing that could be done. My mother recommended this store to me, and within 5 minutes the associate told me I could Upgrade and get more date for the same price. I absolutely will be making the commute just to come to this locatio. By far the best customer service I have ever received in a Verizon store. 5 stars!!!!!!!

I walked into the Queenstown Verizon store to get a screen protector a gentleman by the name of Steve waited on me and was kind enough to look up by account realize I had a huge overage after much effort on his part he was able to get me change to a plan so I wouldnt get hit as bad as an overage and inform me about the Verizon Unlimited Plan I couldnt possibly be happier with the customer service I got at this particular location and would highly recommend it to others

I have had bad experiences at a lot of your stores. It was not until my sister in law recommended me to stop in your Verizon Queenstown store and I spoke with Tim. Tim was very helpful and was very knowledgeable in The Verizon products and services. Your other location need to be more like Tim and become more knowledgeable in your products and services. I hated to come to Verizon but the experience in queenstown I will sure come back to this location.

Came into the store dreading it because my phone died and i hate changing phones. Met Tim and he was awesome! Saved me a discount through my work, got a free tablet, was very patient in setting up my phone and transferring my info. Very personable and easy to ask questions with. Highly recommend him!! Great overall experience. 1st time in the Verizon store near the outlets in Queenstown and will definitely come back again. Thank you Verizon Tim!☺ .

This stores customer service is terrible. I would give a 0 out of 5. I purchased a blue tooth device. The sound quality was terrible and kept cutting off. The next day I attempted to return it and get my money back. They refused to return my money and I was told that sales were final. I would have never bought anything from them if they told me that prior to the sale. I will never use this store for anything else.
