Really helpful sales people who are there to get you a good deal. We actually came out spending a lot less money than we thought. The sales staff were great. They gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision, rather than push us into an unwanted decision. First La-Z-Boy purchase and we have not received the product yet so this is a review of the sales experience rather than the product.
