*READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU SHOP* Please ppl take ur money to a furniture store who values there customers becus payless furniture is just a case of wolves in sheeps clothing there meet and greet is perfect but once its time to receive what u paid for they dnt care about ur satisfaction just about there pockets ..it took 2 weeks just to get a delivery date then once I got a date they had notified me that one of the pieces wouldnt be available for 60 days so I chose a replacement piece then once the furniture was being delivered the delivery me were using a magic marker !!!!yes!!!! ( a magic marker)to touch up the CHUNKS (no exaggeration ) of furniture that were damaged on the bedroom set....then i had a huge debate with the delivery men cus they wouldnt return the damage items... I had to call the office and tell them to tell the delivery men to take the pieces ....after several phone calls to the store stating to pick up the whole bedroom set because I wasnt going to deal with the headache I finally get a call back they tell me I wasnt forgotten it came to the point were supposibly I was to receive my remaining bedroom pieces on Friday but no time no specifics at all....I still am waiting its been a mnth since I have ordered this furniture and still havent gotten every piece I paid for ...

Good quality, yes. Service, good at the beginning. Once you disagree with them then service gets bad. They dont write down your delivery date so if it doesnt come when they say they will, you have no physical proof. Frank, the owner/manager, was my main problem. He is not honest. I specifically told him I was not going to buy the furniture if I couldnt get it on the date I wanted and he assured me multiple times Id get everything. That was false. Then when I tell him I want a refund for not getting my stuff on time, he said it was a miscommunication and tries to blame everything on me. Isnt the business supposed to help the customer? Not only that, only refunds go through him and to get in contact with him, I had to drive to the store twice. He said hed call me but never did and when I go to the store, hes not there so I had to go back later. Ive had bad experiences with furniture before but this is definitely by far the worst experience I have ever had.

BUYERS BEWARE! READ AND ASK FOR THE FINE PRINT. Merchandise on the floor is NOT going to be the merchandise that gets delivered to you!!! I went to the store and looked at sofa bed to do a cheap quick makeover. We thought it would be nice for guest. When the product arrived we were not quite ready so we told delivery men not to set it up and leave it in the plastic. When we opened a week later we found that we were sent a SOFA not SOFA BED As was displayed in the store. When I called I got the business and was told I should have referred to a flyer that my town doesnt even get. The sign on the display didnt even differentiate the sofa vs sleeper. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE

I like collectionat this place. I got ashley sofa price around 850$ with additional rug. They have memorial day sale on weekend and found that same sofa price was 999 and wih discount it was 899.Here is problem they have worse customer service and price are random. This is my worse experience. I would suggest people to check things some other place than compare the price with payless and if it is really less with same quality than only purchase here.

I ran in to this store to check out what they have with the assumption that its just run down store. But I was wrong. They actually sell the legitimate furniture. They have the furniture made by Ashely and other famous brands. They could order the brand new items from the manufacturer for less price than what they offer you at the actual ashelys store. I just ordered mine and I hope this the right choice

Great Experience every time I visit and the price is very comepetitive while comparing at branded stores. I have been visiting this location shop past 7 years and never disappointed with the items which I brought. I can recommend this place who are really looking for furniture.

i was suspect of this place but i walked in and found a sick sofa that i could customize by england furniture. had to have it!! took about 3 weeks to make my sofa and shipped. the two delivery guys were quick and efficient. good expereince all around
