I ordered from their online site and they lost my order in transit! So angry!! I will never order from them again. If i could give them negative 1 stars i would. I placed the order on august 19th and I finally had to call them to find out why it wasnt here yet ( August 31st.). They told it was lost and cannot be replaced!! I will take my money else where. ...Christmas tree shop, a glorified dollar store!!,,urrrrrh!

The bargains at Christmas Tree Shops in Rockaway are unbeatable. Their seasonal section always has great decor and trinkets that make great hostess gifts. They have great everyday prices on items like framing and kitchen items. The Rockaway location has a Harmon section, stocked with toiletries and cosmetics. I always shop the Harmon section when I get a coveted 20% off or $10 off $50 coupon.

Boo to the employee who refused to let me warm up some frozen breast milk in the employee room while my baby was crying because of "protocol". Restroom sinks had no temperature control. well, I asked a different employee and they were more helpful. Changing rating from one star to four.

The better of the two in northern NJ. This is much cleaner and organized than the Paramus store. Packed and busy , you can always find something on the store. the lines are short due to all registers are open so not long waiting . 5 starts for well stocked, neat and clean .and no long lines

Trying to be ironic? (Almost) no Christmas trees at a place called "Christmas tree shop". Seriously, they only had 4 poor looking plastic tree models available 3 weeks before Christmas. The store is basically a Christmas themed Wal-Mart, but they do have some good deals on miscellaneous goods.

I love this store! Lots of cute seasonal decor. In addition a ton of other stuff under one roof, small kitchen appliances and essentials, furniture, toiletries and makeup. Just love waking through this store to see what I find.
