My instore experience at this store was fine, the salesman was friendly and helped me get what i needed. I told them i wanted to pick up the item. they explain to me that they only recieve shipments twice a week, tuesday and friday. I placed my order on tuesday and scheduled a pick up for saturday. Mid-day, while i was driving to the store, they called to inform me that my item didnt come in. They gave me free next day delivery and confirmed my shipping address. The following day they call me at 8:30am to confirm shipment for between 8-11am. Then they notify my they are shipping my item to my billing address and not the address i confirmed the day before. Honestly, that store is a chicken without its head. I will not return to the store.

Im in the sales business and transparency is big for me seeing as you represent the company and product. My experience was less then stellar from salesman Charlie C. and the manager Dan. I tried to work with them and to let them save face and was left with a slap in the face. Delivery was fast and excellent. The gentleman that delivered our pieces of furniture were very professional and careful. I will be still buying furniture from the company because they have quality furniture I just do not recommend the store in Rockaway NJ.

Not good at all!!! I check the store in Rockaway NJ occasionally to see if anything new came in. I went there yesterday and was greeted by a salesman who gave me a very hard time for buying a bed from Macys. He acted as if I owed him something. I was thinking about buying furniture for my den and guest room but I would never go back to that store again.

Went in this evening with my family to purchase a sectional. Walked around for about 20-30 minutes. Not a single sales representative even said hello or may I help you / any questions ... very disappointed. Will be taking our business elsewhere.
