Unbelievable customer service! My husband & I have been customers of Furniture Options for many years and have always been pleased with quality furniture that lasts! This past year we did encounter a problem for the first time with one of our purchases. We bought a sectional sofa and six months later, we noticed the fabric was deteriorating and the seams were loosening. We wrote a letter to Furniture Options, explaining our situation and they responded immediately! Bev was awesome in listening to our concerns. She quickly sent someone to our home to inspect the sofa and confirmed that the fabric should not have worn that quickly. They stood behind their guarantee of quality furniture and replaced the sofa with a new one! Brendan was very helpful in finding a replacement. What a positive experience with friendly and professional customer and sales service! Furniture Options will be our first stop next time we are shopping for furniture!

We purchased our master bedroom set after a few visits to their showroom. I wish I had trusted my gut and gone somewhere else. On the dressers all the drawers only open half way so you scrape up your arms trying to put clothes away, the clothes in the back of the drawer are difficult to get to, and its so heavy to move because the drawers dont come out. Worst of all though my nightstand is ruined with a huge bump on it after putting a cup of water on the top (scouts honor it was for less than 5 min) and the crappy MDF swelled up. I specifily remember the sales associate saying the set was solid wood because I then asked for them to deliver it so I wouldnt have to lug everything up stairs. I called to find out why I was misled and what I could do but no one has called me back.

I had purchased several sectional sofas from Furniture Options in the past and had never had any issues; however when I purchased a sectional approximately 3 years ago with the warranty that was supposedly lifetime, things went downhill. For some reason part of the frame on one of the recliners was bent on a side that was rarely used, and we had contacted Furniture Options, nonetheless it was not covered. The cushions were separating from the sectional, and that too was not covered by the warranty! Why in the world did I purchase a warranty then? I have since given the sectional away and purchased a new sectional with a lifetime warranty at a competitor that has great customer service. I will never purchase furniture from Furniture Options again.

I dont know what the other reviewers are talking about, I went in for my furniture and was able to take some pieces home with me that day (brand new out of their warehouse). I also got my kids bedroom furniture at a great price. I told them I needed it my furniture asap, the sales person showed me specifically what was in stock and I had delivery the next week. Ive had repeated great experience here and so have the people Ive recommended to shop here. They will also match any local prices if theyre not already priced lower.

This is my second time dealing with furniture options. I bought a dining room set a year ago, and now a sectional I have an older home so finding something to fit in the rooms was a challenge. The sales people are awesome, they stayed late for me to get out of work when I purchased, my dining room set, and they have gone above and beyond with the living room set. Furniture was delivered when they said it would be in. I am very happy with the quality of furniture as well, I would suggest Furniture Options to everyone.

The staff are nice enough but not flexible at all. EVERYTHING needs ordered and comes in many weeks late. If you need the furniture within 3-4 months, DONT go here. They say 4-6 weeks, but it takes much, much longer. The fees tacked on are horribly high. Dont even ask about delivery fees. No bargains to be had at all. I dont know how this place stays in business, but Ill never go back.

Went in looking for a set of bunkbeds advertised in a sale flier the first day of the sale, was told they had not gotten the shipment yet but it would be in in two weeks. I called two weeks later and was told it had not come in yet. I checked the website three weeks later and was excited to see that it was "in stock" I called to find out that it still had not come in.

Furniture Options has such a large variety of beautiful furniture for excellent prices! I buy all of my home furnishings there!! There sales personnel is also fantastic, they are so friendly and helpful! I would recommend them to anyone whos looking for good quality furniture for a very fair price!

Ordered furniture in early October. Delivery date has been postponed twice already. They dont even reschedule, just say well call you whenever it gets here. Service is very poor. Will never go back
