If you expect them to honor their warranties, you will be extremely disappointed. We purchased the top of the line Beautyrest mattress 5 years ago during a 50% off sale. There is a 10 year full replacement warranty on the bed. The bed is severely defective. People came out, checked the bed and determined it was defective. 2 weeks later, we received a letter in the mail that is supposed to replace our bed. Wrong! They are giving us credit towards a new bed. The credit is not even enough to buy the bottom of the line Beautyrest now. They are spinning it as a "Re-selection Opportunity". Now I have a herniated disc (probably caused from the defective bed) and no ability to get an equivalent quality bed. I will never shop there again.

Dishonest, rude and incompetent personnel. Many mistakes made. Store manager totally unwilling to rectify the problems, promises to get back to you and never does......all dealings with store turn into a nightmare. I have had 8 mattresses in 6 years sag and need replacements which are a HUGE problem to get completed. They always want you to pay more money. I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy!

Very rude and unhelpful customer service at this store..they want you to buy the mattress the same day, else they are totally rude, disinterested and unhelpful. .totally Not recommended.
