We went to Bridge Water clearance store yesterday 11/27/2015 .The sales lead Bob Hawkins sold Lowery Microfiber Power-Reclining Sofa SKU number 201208623 for $699 on thanksgiving sale claiming supposedly a 40% off on an original price of $1099. We sensed some thing was fishy and inquired multiple times only to receive $25 off on the original price.we suspected that the tag had cooked up numbers for the sofa and the Home Furnishing Lead repeatedly said the listed items on the card were the accessories and custom prices and the lead didnt budge on the price claiming this sofa to be a new discontinued model. But it seems to be the order of the store to scam the customers a furniture clearance store with up to 60% discounts. After coming home we checked the same product on Raymour and Flanigan website and found it for $489.30. It seems every price tag is made up only to scam customers. We called the store to check the same and the lead didnt give us 5 min and said will call us tomorrow 11/29/2015. Havent received the sofa and not sure to move forward unless they correct the mistake or compensate for the lost time. Everyone do not fall for the prices listed its a complete scam and always consider negotiating another 40%.

Nice selection, but the prices were higher than I expected--I bought a bedroom suite anyway. The manager explained the prices, in detail, so I was not caught off-guard. I bought my living room suite from them as well. For a bedroom suite, there is Wal-Mart, Target, China Towne, Dunk & Bright, even Amazon (self-constructed furniture). The prices at China Towne seemed really high on-line, so I didnt visit that store. Dunk & Bright is also high. The clearance pieces are not as many as one would think, this was more a "regular" furniture store. The assistance I received is what Wal-Mart should provide.

i bought a queen sofa bed. I inspected it in store and it was fine. We picked it up a week later when I unwrapped it had a tear in the middle top cushion. in the front I called and asked to have the couch/sofa bed traded for one that was not damaged and they said there was nothing they could do. Now I have a brand new couch with a rip in it. Not real happy
