Scheduled an appointment at 6:00 pm for a windows and door estimate. The person Home Depot sent out called me at 7:30 pm to say he lost track of the time. Arrived at my home at 8:40 pm then preceded to talk about everything except windows and doors. For some unknown reason he started to tell us a story about a black customer he didnt think was going to complete an order, but to his surprise he did. Then went to talk trash about another window company that our daughter happens to work for. But thats not all, he refused to give me an estimate for the front door saying we can go to Home Depot and get it ourselves, well then what is the point of you being here! (He said the lowest installed door I can offer you is $3,000.) This person was totally unprofessional, insulted me and my husband on several levels, raised his voice to me when I asked a question, his speech was slurred, asked us to call him Uncle Ray. (Um no Im not calling you Uncle Ray!) Directly afterwards I called Home Depot to report this horrible event. The so-called manager there listened, apologizes then said the store manager would call me on Monday to get this corrected. It is now Tuesday and I havent received a phone call or email regarding my report, therefore Im making this review. We contacted Home Depot for this project with the impression that we would get top notch service, but to our dismay we received nothing but a wasted 3 hours of our life.

We went today to get paint supplies for my sons room. We were helped by a woman whose name I believe was Mercedes. She was wonderfully helpful and was chock full of amazing ideas. She kept us on budget even with additions to our own ideas. All in all we had a wonderful experience at this store. Matamoras PA.

Always very helpful, I love this store, the employees are always there to answer any questions. I need more help again, this time I will call the store and see if I can get some help in measuring counter tops.I will let you know how it turn out.

The best home depot store Ive ever been to. Clean, well stocked, not even going to elaborate on staff members, they are amazing! Much better than any other store, for example the stores in Brooklyn NY.

i like this store , However, There is one problem ... Seems no one sees the STOP SIGN . Its a matter of time for a accident to happen. I have been run off the road and almost hit twice !!!

I really like this Home Depot. They should be allowed to put a sign on the main road. They offer free workshops for the kids and the staff is very helpful. Clean and well organized, too.
