First order in 2015 was flawless and just recently ordered a matching piece to my bedroom set...big mistake! It was a very easy sale since I already knew what I wanted and Brendan didnt have to do anything other than call the factory and place the order. On May 25 I scheduled delivery for the morning of June 6. I did not receive a confirmation call so when I called in at 9:30 on June 6, I was informed that my delivery slot was the afternoon (when I would not be home). The receptionist was very rude and accused me of not "keeping" my delivery time. When I insisted I had booked this 2 weeks prior and that I needed delivery the coming Saturday, she said "well have to see what trucks come in and what deliveries need to be made." In other words, my order was not a priority for them and she blamed the salesperson for "not writing in on the calendar" in the first place. I ended up driving an hour each way to pick up my item because these clowns could not be trusted to deliver the item. Buyer beware!!!

I have used Royal Furniture for probably 25 years and have always found the salespeople to be well-versed in their products, forthcoming in delivery dates and followup and they ALWAYS beat the prices of others when I comparison shop. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good-quality, well-priced furniture.

Just horrible, would never buy from again, cant even return a phone call, how hard is that? Had to chase to get answers and still given the run around constantly. Issue is still not resolved after 3 months, about to contact my bank. BUYERS BEWARE!!!
