Wow, what can I say. The furniture in the store is great and Im sure the people are too. It all boils down to whom you get as a salesperson. We looked at a bedroom set that the salesman kept on repeating to us that it is made "EXCLUSIVELY" for Thomasville Furniture. After my wife and I decided to purchase, we were given a hand written sales order without any details as to what make we bought or model, just the pieces. My 1st red flag. After we agreed to the 45% deposit, we were handed the receipt and basically dismissed. Upon a closer examination at our sales order we called and asked them to put some kind of model or "name of" the furniture we purchased. When we returned to the store, the salesman added "BROYHILL" to our receipt and initialed it. AND continued to assure us that this model was an exclusive with Thomasville. Red flag #2. When I returned home I immediately Googled Broyhill and looked up their bedroom sets. To my surprise, there was our exclusive set. With a name to boot. Heres the funny part. When you click on a dining room set you like or a single piece you can also click on "FIND STORE". The first store that pops up is "VALUE CITY" and the ones after include Raymor & Flanagan. When I called one of the stores and gave them the SKU #s (which can be found on the Broyhill site) they said they would call back with a purchase price. That price was 22% lower off the bat (with a follow-up email) than Thomasville of Princeton. Needless to say we cancelled at Thomasville. We are so turned off by the process that we are not purchasing anything. I guess the old time USED CAR salesmen have found a home in the furniture industry. Because Car Dealerships today will not tolerate outright LIES to customers..........

Thomasville of Princeton lost our potential sale when we were completely ignored by the team of salespersons socializing on the couches when we walked in. When we approached and asked a question about a particular item, only one spoke up and even then, she simply told us that the information was on their website. And with that, it was enough to couch them all together.
