I ordered a couch set with a recliner in September of 2014. I realized in December something was wrong with my recliner not sure if it was like that from the beginning. Because I was hardly home. Anyway I was able to get over to Jarons in January after the holidays & tell them the situation. Two workers came out & checked the chair out. They said they did not know if it could be repaired and they would need to ask Sam or John the manager what to do. I got in touch with the one manager a few weeks later asking what was going to happen she said she was going to order me a new chair that would take 4 to 6 weeks. I seen her maybe 6 to 8 weeks later I had asked her about the chair AGAIN she said well I ordered it.. its on back order. Here May comes its still on back order? Really though..? So June comes I figured Id see what was really going on with this recliner. Come to find out the manager never placed an order for the replacement. They can not replace things unless approved with pictures etc. Well if that was the case why didnt the workers that came out in January ever follow up?? That I had to go back over there in June to say what is going on? Who knows according to jarons F YOU!! For listening to a manager that worked here because they no longer work here. Well they did work there & its fairly recent since they left. Anyway they came out last Saturday & was suppose to come back on Monday or Tuesday no call no show. I finally had to reach out again. Their response was sorry for the wrong information and how they "work" are you serious do you even know your job? if that was the case why didnt they take the damn chair the first time???????!!!! who knows??! But basically this is my fault & now I gotta wait a while for them to repair my chair... (altho they said it wouldnt take too long... well according to me it took 5 months) Do not do business with them. I can not agree more with the below comments. The customer service is awful!!!!!! All they want is your money and then you get furniture that falls apart in less then a year then they tell you to go F yourself pretty much!! What are they going to do in the end? take months to repair a chair!? this furniture wasnt the most expensive but for almost 1200 dollars it shouldnt have so many problems already Ive seen better furniture on the curb! **NOTICE ANOTHER CUSTOMER HAD TO WAIT OVER 6 MONTHS TO GET A SIMILAR ISSUE RESOLVED** GET OUT OF HERE... GO SOME WHERE BETTER SPEND A LITTLE MORE & GO SOME WHERE GOOD WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.....

I am giving this a 2 because the sales person we worked with was very pleasant and the prices are good as well, but the customer service after the purchase was horrible. I ordered a bed for my children that was promised to me in writing on my slip for 3 weeks after my purchase date which was March 16th, it is now March 28th and I still dont have the bed. Understandably things happen especially here with our crazy weather, but not once did anyone ever bother to call and say that there will be a delay in receiving our purchase, it has taken for me to call every single time to verify whether its coming or not and when I should now be expecting it. I keep being told that it is out of their control because they rely on the company the furniture is coming from. Then I would suggest that you let your customers know that your promise date is not realistic, because you depend on other companies, so then we can decide whether the roller coaster wait of not knowing when to expect our furniture is something we really want to do. I know I would have said no especially since I now have two mattress sitting in my dining room for over 2 weeks now while we wait for this bunk bed (yeah really nice eye sore for company coming over). After placing my order (not aware of the wait that was about to happen) I also referred my parents who went in and purchased a living room set, and the same thing they were given a promise date and when I called to confirm a pick up for them I was told the furniture is not in and will be in for another two weeks, but again noone ever called to inform us of that. Again I was told its out their control its the other companies they receive it from. Well my parents are now sitting on folding chairs since they gave their previous furniture away because of this promise date they were given. Noone has even offered anything for this huge inconvenience out of the maybe 5 people I have spoken with at least 1 apologized everyone else "its not their fault its the other companies fault" Well its not my fault either, but I guess Im paying for it

After browsing multiple furniture outlets, I was impressed with Jarons selection and pricing. I got a great deal on an entire living room set. The sales representative who had helped me in the store was very honest and let me know that while Jarons has fantastic deals, their efficiency is lacking. What an understatement! We were given a wait time of 1-2 weeks, fully expecting two weeks with us having ordered the whole set of furniture. Then it was three weeks. I remained understanding because of the weather - there had been snow, and I know that can slow down deliveries. Finally they called, saying all of our furniture was ready for pick-up. Upon arrival, I was informed that everything BUT the couch was ready for pick-up. Another week, they said; it would be available on the 16th. I received no calls or updates from them, all of the communication I had to initiate. The 16th came, I called them to check if the couch was there. No. I spoke to a manager and expressed the concern that I would never receive my couch. He said that he didnt know who I had spoken to, but they never get deliveries in on the 16th, that it would be the following week. After getting off the phone, he called me back and apologized, saying that he was wrong. It would not be one more week, it would be two! While they threw in free delivery to try to ease our disappointment, the couch arrived with a rip in the seam and a broken support beam. I called filed a complaint and repair request, and was told that I would be contacted within an hour by someone from the Repair Department. I heard nothing. I had to call them. I was then told that nothing was documented about my call or the repair request. They eventually scheduled a repair guy to come and take a look at it. He attempted to fix it, but to no avail. They now have to replace it. Needless to say, I am very unsatisfied with their service.

Purchased a sectional that didnt fit. (Our mistake ) had to pay restock fee to exchange for another couch.. which I understand . The lady Andrea helped us with exceptional service. Her customer service and knowledge really made us feel comfortable. Honestly if it wasnt for her I dont know if I would spend another dime... Im only giving 4 stars mostly because of Andrea.. after being frustrated with OUR mistake. I spent another $300 something dollars on a 3 piece marble coffee table set .. then saw a throw rug that would look perfect with it .. the only thing is it was the last one .. on the floor .. floor model.. people have been walking on this carpet and the corner was bent a little .. I asked if maybe we can get a discount on the carpet considering all of the money we spent .. and nothing.. also I over heard one of the male employees .. maybe manager yelling at Andrea in front of others .. didnt seem right . I would recommend anyone that goes here to ask for Andrea ! . Its hard getting good friendly customer service and she really has that! .
