Ill give this place one star because Ive had one good trip here before. This recent one was by far the crappiest experience Ive had at a makeup store. I usually shop at ULTA but decided to stop at this location because its on my route home. When I walked in I was not greeted. There were three employees there at the time. One on the register and two talking and "restocking" products. I was seen but ignored. I had to ask an employee for help to color match for foundation and concealer. She then asked the other employee (who was sitting on the floor) could she do it since she was refilling things, the other one said NOT REALLY. So I started to walk off. After I started to walk away the employee I initially asked for help said she can do it and for me to come sit. Why would I want to have someone help me who didnt want to in the first place!? Then when I got to the concealers that I wanted to try the employee who was sitting on the floor came and said she didnt want to seem rude but she just really wanted to sit down and she could help me. Hell no. I spend a lot of money on high end makeup and Im not going to give my business to this place if they dont want to even help me pick out a damn shade. The only reason why I shop here is because ULTA doesnt have Kat Von D. They just got NARS so thats one less brand I have to go to Sephora for.

Im pleased with the customer service and overall feel of the store when I walk in, its always clean and organized, but even better you have a well educated staff as well. One employee however stands out to me more than anyone; Rachel. When I come in I usually only come to buy what I need and assure that this young woman is working. She takes the time to help me match foundation colors and shows me all of the new products that she feels would help my skin not just to make a sale but to suggest only what i truly need. She can multi-task between customers and still make me feel like my visits there are personal one on one sessions. And have you seen this girls makeovers? Just wow! She even takes the time to show me how to apply the makeup or skin care products that I would be purchasing to make sure Im 100% set on the product before making a purchase. Your other employees are great but Rachel definitely goes above and beyond to help me make smart purchases and is always so sweet and pleasent. Each and everytime I come in she smiles at me and makes sure to acknowledge me even if she is busy with another customer. I can assure you that when i visit, Rachel is not letting me leave without feeling beautiful and 100% knowledgeable on the products I purchase. Keep up the good work!

I am shocked by these reviews, I never thought I would be writing one however I was searching for your number & stopped to read. If these woman are talking about the only Rachael I have ever met at your location then I find it VERY DIFFICULT to believe these accusations against her!! Every time I come in your store & she is there, Rachael is ALWAYS so eager to help & teach me amazing tricks & tips! She is so kind & considerate when helping me pick out the things I need. Almost everyone in your store is! So I truly hope that these horrible reviews do not affect me from seeing good people, doing what they love to do, because in that case I will follow them! Keep up the GREAT work ladies & gents!

I went into this sephora with the sole purpose of returning an item I had bought online that was the wrong shade. I also WANTED to pick up a few things. I have never had a worse or more insulting shopping experience. It was so bad that I contacted sephora customer service and was ensured the store manager would get back to me. That never happened. So I called myself and spoke to the manager, who said she would follow up with me. That also never happened. Im so surprised that I had that experience that was so awful and no one has resolved the problem with a follow up. This experience has prompted this review. Shoppers beware! Well played sephora.....now I go to Ulta.

The young girl, Rachel I believe, that works here is extremely rude and lacks customer service. I have never had a good experience with her in this store either purchasing or returning. She talks to customers like theyre stupid and has cold emotions, never smiles, and never says "how are you" or "have a nice day". She has argued with me before about things she didnt agree with which you never do with a customer. I actually avoid this store because of her, I will drive to white marsh to have good quality service which sucks because this location is 5 mins away from me. On a positive note the young male that works here is wonderful and always so helpful.

The girl who works there, Rachel, stalked and harassed my sister on Facebook after getting a bad review for her horrible customer service. As a former Sephora employee I can tell you that is not only uncalled for, but she should be terminated. I will never shop at this location and I will make sure to tell all of my friends to go to a free standing Sephora so they wont be met with the same harassment and psychotic behavior. I also find it suspicious that all of her 5 star reviews come from people who are friends of hers. Shes trying to hide her bad reviews by having her friends leave 5 stars!
