Love this place! I was shopping for an engagement ring, and I had looked everywhere -- all the big chains, plus several smaller shops in this area. I wasnt satisfied no matter where I went; either the salesmen were pushy, or the diamond and ring prices were astronomical, or the jewelry selection was subpar/didnt fit what I was looking for. On a whim, I randomly walked into Galicia when I happened to be in the area. Lisa was immediately warm and welcoming. She discussed possible options with me, patiently explained what style/color/gold type would look the best with my particular diamond, and was never the least bit pushy and never rushed me into a decision. She also quoted me very reasonable prices. After we agreed on a design, Lisa was available by text or call during the entire process to answer questions and give me updates. Ultimately the ring was finished in the exact amount of time she told me it would be, and it turned out gorgeously. From start to finish they were professional and helpful, and I never once felt uncomfortable or worried. I would highly recommend Galicia for anyones jewelry needs, and I look forward to working with them in the future! Oh and my fiancé adores her ring!!

Galicia is my go to place for jewelry and Lisa is the best. I first started going there almost 15 years ago when looking to have my wifes engagement ring reset and she did an amazing job helping us find the perfect setting. My wife still gets compliments regularly on that ring. We also had some old jewelry that my wide never wore anymore and Lisa worked with her to take the usable stones out of the old items and make a new ring she would wear, at a very reasonable price. Shes also taught us a lot over the years so we make better, more knowledgeable jewelry decision. She takes time to help you make the best choices and youll never feel pressured.

If I could post less than 1 star I would. We went into the store at 5:20, the lady was with a customer. She asked if we needed help, we stated for her to take her time and we will look until she is done. Her next comment was, "Well, we close soon". (With a snobby attitude) Just so everyone knows, we were buying rings today. I understand they close at 6, but it doesnt take long if youre buying and ready. Will not be back. There are plenty of high end engagement stores in Scottsdale, and I refuse to be treated in this way. Especially when ready to pay thousands on rings.

went to purchase a diamond ring from this store, I am no diamond expert so I had a friend who know diamonds look at the ring, it turned out upon inspection be lesser quality stones then advertised. The store owner first admitted to the lesser quality then became rather defensive and loud when discussing the fact that the quality of diamonds was not what was originally stated. Would not recommend doing business with this store, in my opinion they overstate the true value of the product.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I will definitely come here for more of my jewelry needs. When other big box stores wouldnt do a repair on my fiancees engagement ring because I didnt purchase from them, or would only do it for a ridiculous mark up... Galicias Lisa happily did the repair and at a VERY REASONABLE PRICE, I couldnt say no. THe repair was done in two days and my fiancees ring looks better than ever! Thank you, guys!!!!! I definitely recommend Galicia for ANY TYPE OF JEWELRY NEEDS.
