My fiance and I went to several jewelers to get quotes on a custom engagement ring. We chose to go with Jared because they said they could cast the ring as apposed to engrave it, which would give it the look I really wanted. We were told the process was simple, we would come in to look at CAD renderings in three weeks, then a wax sample, and so on. Its 7 weeks later, and we have not seen anything. We get a constant runaround from the sales associates and the managers. The ring has been paid in full, and we have nothing! They now are saying they will have a wax model to look at soon, but we paid a $750 for the CAD rendering which they have just decided to fore go. And they even admitted that the girl carving the wax piece did not even get started on it til last week, 6 weeks after we sent it in. The customer service is ever so quick with lies, and excuses. They have turned what should be a joyful experience into a frustrating nightmare. Do not go to them for any custom work, they are completely unreliable.

Every time I step into a Jared’s store I am amazed at how disappointing the customer service is. This store on Scottsdale Road is just as bad as the other locations I won’t even get into the details about what a complete hassle it is to have my wife’s rings cleaned each year. Today was by far the worst example. The person helping me had no clue what gems/stones are common gifts for a 10 year anniversary. Good thing for Google so I could find out for myself. Why would she want to know that information? So much for customer service. It only got worse from there. They had no idea what the previous rings I purchased at that same store were so that I could find something similar. They have no idea what size the rings were either. I guess being a repeat customer as absolutely no value to Jared. Does anyone at Jared know anything about customer service? It doesnt seem like it. I will find somewhere else to buy my jewelry.

If you go here, ask for Zeke. Hes patient, loves what he does and is extremely helpful! We had a terrible experience at Zales in Chandler and wound up returning my wedding set, which had me stressed out and very sad. When entering this store, we had already gone a few places with no luck and I was a little stressed and very blunt with him about what I expected and wanted. He gave me exactly what I was looking for, and had it sized and ready to go in 20 minutes. Amazing customer service and a great experience overall.

I have had a custom ring done at this Jared. They are fun to work with and kept us in the loop with constant calls and getting our approval at each step of the process. I think the reviewer is a competitor of Jared, because the whole process was misrepresented! Shame on you! Jared has a good reputation nationally, which is why we chose them for her special ring. She loved it and no one else has one like it! We will be customers for life. A

We came in to just shop and get an idea of what we were looking for. My father has decided to upgrade my mothers engagement ring this Xmas. We were greeted at the door by Zeke. He introduced us to Nathalie. They both were very helpful and not pushy. They helped us find the perfect ring and diamond. Even though we were not planning, they did such a great job that we just had to buy it. Thanks Zeke and Nathalie! I would highly recommend!

The frendliest jewelry store I have ever shopped in. The salesman did not pressure me, but helped me find a great ring for my girl. She loves it. The staff put me at ease and explained everything--especially diamonds. No one can beat the warranties the offer, too. I am a customer for life!
