Ben at Brio is hands down the only person I will every take my jewelry needs to. Not only did he do a fantastic job on mine and my husbands ring but he also helped us out with a family heirloom. He was able to masterfully fix a ring that had been handed down through four generations with constant communication the entire time. With his extensive knowledge and expertise my entire interaction was seamless and exceptional. Every step of the way he was not only personable but he was honest, which is hard to find in any industry. Avoid the big box jewelers, the hokey advertisements and the gimmicks that only try to get you in the door. This is an exceptional business with an owner who truly loves what he does and respects and appreciates his clients. This is the type of business where I will be telling my children to go to for their husbands/wives. Every time someone asks me where I go for my jewelry needs or ask where I got what Im wearing I proudly say "Ive got a guy" and promptly hand them a card from my wallet.
