These people are rip offs... I took a nice Indian turqouise silver necklace that I had appraised by a well known and respectable native american jewelry store in Scottsdale. I paid $35 for the appraisel. It was appraised at $600. Marshalls Jewelry on McClintock offered me $40 for for Indian necklace. When I questioned the Marshall employee why was he offering such a low amount his response was that he sold the Indian necklace at his store that he might get $60 for it. When I showed him the appraisal for $600 from the Scottsdale native american Indian store his response was "well thats in Scottsdale they inflate their prices because of the clientel they have in Scottsdale and for Insurance purposes. Marshalls Jewelry are a rip off.

Had seen the commercials and decided to give them a chance. We moved from Massachusetts 2 years ago, leaving our jeweler behind. Needed to trust someone with enlarging my mothers diamond ring and resetting her diamond earrings to a post I could trust. We were there on Monday 10/19 and picked up my items today, Thursday 10/22. Plus while there we decided to "give up" all the old gold and silver. Dominic is the BEST!
