It almost pains me to write a bad review for a jewelery store that used to be a 5 Star establishment, but in recent light, it has driven me (and my family) to never return to the store again. My family has used Oliver Smith Jewelers for years; wedding ring, tennis bracelets, earrings, etc. Customer service and quality of work has always been above average. Recently, when my fiance took her new engagement ring in to be appraised and to have fitment balls placed on the inner-band, we ran into problems. Not only was their appraisal off (way off) from two others that were done within the past 2 months, but the quality of work when the fitment balls were placed was bad... no, horrible. On my mothers wedding band, the fitment balls look like perfect little spheres placed gently on the band. Yet on my fiances they look like little balls of dough squished on the band. To add to the problems, when we first attempted to pick up the ring, they had forgotten to put the fitment balls on the ring. Where did they thik the extra money from the appraisal came from? I couldnt tell you. So we waited another day. But wait, thats not all. We were also overcharged by $10. Not a lot, I understand, but nonetheless, it was not what was quoted on an invoice, and the employees argued the amount until proof was presented. So if you can go back in time five-six years, I would most definitely suggest Oliver Smith as a fine jeweler. Otherwise, I would without question steer you in another direction. Better quality of jewelery craftsmanship can be found, and without the poor customer service.

Over the past four years my wife and I have purchased various pieces of custom jewelry and diamonds from Oliver Smith, and in every instance the service, value, and quality of the piece has been impeccable! Quite frankly, there is no reason to shop anywhere else than at Oliver Smith Jewelers, its simply the most enjoyable buying experience youll find for fine jewelry. The staff is extremely friendly, they know their customers by name and you will always feel like youre being treated as if "you" are their best customer! We are extremely happy with Oliver Smith Jewelers and give them our highest possible recommendation to anyone who is in the market for diamonds, custom jewelry, and precious stones!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Let me start with mentioning the first class kind and non-obtrusive sales staff. They are right there when you need them but not breathing down your neck like vultures which has been my experience at most jewelry stores. Their selection is wonderful and they have such a wonderful variety to choose from. They are also very reliable with repairs and custom work. I recently had them do custom engraving on my wedding set... The hand crafted result was BREATHTAKING!!! In short, I would recommend this business to everyone I know with the confidence that they will get great service, and a beautiful product.

I met Oliver Smith 25 years ago when my husband purchased my engagement ring at Olivers store (way back when!). Over the years, Oliver has advised us on many of our jewelry purchases, big and small. No matter how much weve spent, the pieces have always been unique and high quality. Oliver and his staff are great at listening to what we want, designing and selecting quality jewelry, and, refreshingly, not exceeding our price point. I love the fact that Oliver is designing more of his own pieces. We just upgraded my wedding ring for our 25th anniversary and Oliver did a fantastic job. To us, Oliver Smith Jeweler means quality, class and trust.

OSs watchmaker Benjamin Lam is the only person I will allow to touch my Panerai for service and repairs. My watch service experience was perfect in every way. Ben took the time to explain, listen and answer (patiently) my questions. My watch is beautiful and keeps perfect time. When I came back for a touch up on the case Ben put a rush on the work and had it back to me the next day to accommodate my travel schedule. I live in Dallas and could easily drive to the Panerai owned service center, but they will never see my watch...

What a beautiful store! I have been in the jewelry industry over 20 years and have to say the selection of jewelry is amazing. The designs are simply stunning and very fresh. I was extremely impressed. I went in with a friend to buy a Chopard watch and had excellent service. Everyone was so very friendly. I highly recommend stopping in...even if its just to browse. You wont be disappointed. Truly a class act!

The staff is FANTASTIC. To me this is the key. When I come in the store Michael and Paul always have a warm smile and a friendly word. To add to that, their knowledge and selection is tops. This isnt the typical jeweler you walk into and are ignored until you decide to buy something. They are genuinely there to serve. I am a customer for life.

Ive been visiting Oliver Smith Jeweler for years now, and still dont have anything bad to say. Their staff is always friendly and helpful, whether its a small repair or a purchase. I especially admire their attention to detail in many of their custom pieces. Im still in love with my wedding ring they made 6 years ago!

Michelle is super helpful! I took in an heirloom piece that was about 100 years old. Steve did a great job cleaning it and creating a great necklace and a brooch from the one broken piece. Both are now gorgeous- and with an eye towards price too! I really appreciated that. See pic! I couldnt be more pleased

My husband and I got our wedding rings here, and were so pleased! We custom designed both of them and the staff was super helpful and easy to work with. We came in with pictures and ideas and they turned them into reality. I smile everytime I look down at my hand!
