-The final product (custom engagement ring) was absolutely spectacular- I dont believe any other jewelry store in the Scottsdale area could have created what Jill did. -The staff was both knowledgeable and friendly. -Having done a good bit of shopping around before going to Estate Watch & Jewelry, I can confidently say that the pricing was very fair. -Jill genuinely cared about my engagement ring being perfect. She maintained a high level of engagement throughout the process. -EWJ firmly stood behind their product months after I had done business with them (a very small diamond fell out, which isnt uncommon). A close and respected family friend recommended I visit EWJ while I was in the process of shopping for an engagement ring for my now wife. I was in the market for a custom diamond ring and wasnt willing to settle for much less than something that truly wowed me. I had done a lot of shopping around Scottsdale before I visited EWJ, so I came in knowing quite a bit about what the other jewelers had to offer. Additionally, I had researched some of the online jewelers and was leaning towards going in that direction. I was immediately welcomed by Jill (the owner) when I walked into EWJ and was struck by the variety of jewelry in the showroom. When Jill became available, we discussed what I was hoping to do with the engagement ring. She was excited to help out, and a few days later, we met to review the sketches she had drawn up. One in particular caught my eye (we discussed diamonds during the first visit), but I was still hesitant because we hadnt talked pricing. Jill didnt pull any punches; she gave me a great price right away. When the ring was completed (it only took about 2 weeks), I was floored with how great it looked. I cant overemphasize how great of a job Jill did from taking a penciled sketch and turning it into a beautiful ring. When I needed a band for the ring a few months later, it was the same story- great outcome, great price, great service. I highly recommend going to EWJ before making any jewelry purchases- custom or not.

WOW! What a GREAT experience we had here! My fiance bought and designed my BEAUTIFUL ring here but it was a bit too big for me. I was putting off getting it sized because I wanted all my friends to see it. We went to get it sized right after the sizer left for the day. Jill Edwards was there to help. She knew how important it was for me to show my ring to my friends (I mean who wouldnt want too) so she called the sizer (forgive me I do not know his name) and he came back to the shop to size my ring and get this...they hand delivered my ring to where my fiance and I were going out to eat- at the restaurant! The customer service this company has far exceeds any of the best customer service I have ever received! we will definitely be coming back for any future watches and/or jewelry sales. I cant say enough AMAZING things about this company!

I have lived in AZ for more than 20 years and I know that Estate Watch and Jewelry will be there tomorrow because they are an established, honest business with quality merchandise. The owners are "hands-on" and that makes all the difference. They also have a very skilled designer. I had a beautiful ring made up that I constantly receive compliments on and even though I have other choices of rings to put on, Im drawn to the one that they made for me. Thank you for the days when I look down at my hand in the car and see the sun sparkel off of my beautiful ring. You will be our first choice if we ever need a Christmas, Birthday, or Mothers Day gift (hint to my husband)

I have a ring of my mothers that the diamond fell out twice. I took it to another jeweler to get fixed. They tried to fix it twice. The diamond was STILL loose after the second try by the jeweler. I heard good things about Estate Watch and Jeweler so I took it in to see if they could fix my problem! And They did thank you very much! My diamond after months is still not loose! I am so grateful to them for fixing it so now I can wear it without being fearful of loosing the diamond that reminds me of my passed mother everyday! Thank you! next time I buy jewelry I will come see you!

We were in Scottsdale recently for a family wedding. We found the store by accident ....it worked out very well for us. Spencer did a great job in helping me buy a vintage Rolex...I`m very happy. After we got back to Wisconsin I contacted him about another Rolex that i`ve had for a while but did not wear much. We were able to negotiate a fair price. I sent him the watch and he sent the payment to me promptly. Great communication....a good transaction for us. I will refer then to my family in the area an will shop with them if we go back to Scottsdale.

The service, expertise and products to select from have made EWJ my one and only stop for selling gold and buying jewelry. I first went in with jewelry left behind by my grandmother, and after days of comparing prices for it, EWJ hands down offered the best price for my grandmothers jewelry. Referred by a friend, I visited The Estate and purchased a wedding set. Lisa was extremely patient and helpful during my first-time purchase. I initially chose one ring, but questioned my selection shortly after leaving the store. I called and Lisa pulled the other ring set I was contemplating and assisted me in swapping out my order, including changing out the stone for a larger diamond. I had been all over town trying to sell my larger, loose diamonds. I finally made a stop at estate watch, and they were fair and honest. I sold my large diamonds to them for a pretty decent price. I had come to terms with the fact that I wouldn’t get the amount I originally thought they were worth, and after speaking with the buyer at length, he was helpful in teaching me about the second-hand diamond market. She Love, Love, Loves these earrings and the folks at Estate Watch & Jewelry helped us to obtain a quality item, 100% perfect. In shipping, one of posts came off, but they quickly sent us a return shipping label, fixed the earring post and returned immediately. The repair did not cost one penny more! Wow!
