I’ve spent the last couple years researching for an additional mechanical watch to add to my collection. I found the watch I wanted, but the new version seemed excessively expensive even though it was superior in quality. I was leaning towards a second-hand watch due to price; like cars, when it leaves the showroom the value/price drops and buyer’s remorse creeps in. Being in Utah, the market-place for second-hand watches is slim. I contemplated purchasing the watch through an online retailer but refrained, as I prefer to conduct business face-to-face and agreements are made with hand-shakes; I’m old school, hence my preference for a mechanical watch as opposed to a fancy smart watches. There are instances where you incur more risk when purchasing online as opposed to purchasing locally (plenty of horror-stories on YouTube); such as the item appearing in excellent condition and appearing authentic on the webpage, but when the item is received it is patently fake or the condition is not as described, and then the seller disappears. I asked a fellow watch connoisseur, and friend, for a recommendation. Without hesitation, he sent me to see Angelo at Classic Jewelers Exchange. I called Angelo and provided him with the model I was interested in, and a couple days later he was able to offer me a very fair price (the price was comparable to the “going price” discussed within watch forums and blogs). He also suggested purchasing the new version of the same watch, as the quality of the watch movement was greatly improved due to new materials and designs. Again, the reason I was initially leaning towards the second-hand watch was due to price. However, Angelo was able to offer a good price for the new version, and I couldn’t pass it up. I asked him to order the watch and he called when the watch arrived. I stopped into inspect the watch, and was in love with it. He adjusted the bracelet for me. The transaction went smoothly and I couldn’t be happier. Synopsis: If you are looking for a second-hand watch, or a new watch, make sure you contact Angelo at Classic Jewelers Exchange. He will be able to locate/obtain any watch (even hard-to-find collector ones) and will offer it at a fair price. No regrets.

Classic Jewelers exchange is the best store I have ever been into. What makes it so unique is the personal care and amazing service by Angelo. My fiancé surprised me with the most beautiful engagement ring that he and Angelo spent time to personally design. He sent him pictures through the process and had a one of a kind ring ready just in time for our vacation and a perfect engagement. The ring was slightly big so I took it back to be resized and Angelo had it done for me the very next day. All my friends and family were saying that other jewelry stores can take up to a couple weeks for a resizing. He also advised on proper insurance for the ring to make sure it was covered and included 6 month cleanings and a lifetime warranty. I am so impressed with the level of service and commitment that Angelo has. You can tell that he really cares about the product and the customer experience. I have gotten countless compliments on my unique ring and wear It proudly knowing its the only one in existence. We will be going back for our wedding bands and any other future jewelry needs. I recently had a pendant made for my niece for her high school graduation, it was personalized with her name and a pretty little pink tourmaline stone, 14k, super sturdy yet dainty. Its her 1st good piece, and I wanted her to start high. It is dazzling, feminine and perfect. Then Classic Jewelers directed me to a necklace, also 14k for the pendant, it was also just as dainty, feminine and gift perfect. Owner is awesome. My wife lost one of the diamonds in her wedding ring. Of course no one could replace it. Angelo recommended replacing the setting and have a custom ring made from the old one. He was able to do both and not hit the pocket book hard. You think custom and expensive comes to mind. Not so. Wedding ring looks perfect and the custom ring is outstanding. Have and will continue to use this establishment
