I found the perfect gold chain on Instagram and fell in love with it so I took pictures of it to several jewelry stores in a search to have one of my own, but no one could find the design in their books and they werent very interested in helping me figure out what would be necessary to make this chain become a reality. And to be fair, these werent the clearest pictures lol, but it was the best I could find stalking this persons Instagram profile... Then I found AAA Jewelers and they were great. We first figured out how long the chain would have to be to fit me like the guy wearing it in the pictures I showed them, then we talked about how thick and wide the chain would need to be and looked at fair prices for that. After I got an estimate I came back another time to meet with a girl who drafted out a few designs that best matched the gold chain in the picture. We went into more detail and figured out how much it would need to weigh and interlink so it could lay flat on my neck and chest like the man wearing it in the pics. Her drawings were so helpful that the CAD jeweler specialist was able to go back into the books and find the actual chain link hidden in a chain with multiple types of links. The specialist was able to revise the weight and width and scale this existing link to make a true replica of the chain I wanted in the pictures. It took time because I wanted to do it right and they were very helpful and patient. For all their trouble the chain was competitively priced with non custom chains of the same weight in 14k gold. I couldnt be happier with the outcome; the chain looks amazing. The man wearing the chain in the pictures is smaller than me and the size and the way the chain sits on my neck is just like his. So they did exactly what I needed them to do at a great price! I would recommend them to anyone!

I am a french citizen living in Salt Lake City. I am a real customer (my wallet can witness it). I chose to design and to make the engagement ring for my fiancee at AAA Jewelers after a first appointment with Mike. I had of course visited other jewelry stores and also thought to order the ring online. During the process (few weeks), Mike and his team satisfied all my demands and they answered all my questions (usually I am not so much picky but for my fiancee, I had to!). They were really helpful, patient and professional. The ring comes with a lifetime warranty and a certified appraisal (everything that is part of the ring is well documented). The quality of the diamond reach the expectations of my fiancee (yes, the one who is very picky). AAA jewelers designed her dream ring: they were able to do the job correctly with only one photo that I emailed to them. I will order the wedding bands at AAA Jewelers. Also, I have a watch that my mother offered to me for my 30th birthday; If I have to send it to repair (I hope not too soon), I will chose AAA Jewelers since a friend of mine referred this store to me for watch service.

Over the last few years I have purchased multiple items from AAA Jewelers & they are very easy to work with because they treat their customers like royalty! The staff is very knowledgeable about their inventory & they can help answer any question you may have in regards to jewelry. Along with their great service, they have unbelievable prices; I recently purchased a stone/setting for my fiancées engagement ring & they were very helpful during that important decision. Not only did we receive a great product at a cost that competitors couldnt match, we received excellent customer service which made the process move along smoothly. I really enjoyed how well they communicated with me & I highly recommend giving them a try if you looking for luxury watches, jewelry or engagement rings. You WILL NOT find a better jeweler in Salt Lake City!

I recently proposed with a gorgeous ring had designed and built by AAA Jewelers. The ring has a large, Gemological Institute certified center chocolate diamond with many other smaller chocolate and white diamonds in a rose gold setting. It’s beautiful. I know I got a better price than I would have elsewhere, my insurance appraisal of the ring confirmed that. Mike and the team there are everything you could hope for in a jeweler, they were helpful, fair, patient, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. So good was my experience, I went back today to have them build my wedding band from the gold of my Mothers wedding band. They have made a life long customer of me and I highly recommend AAA Jewelers to my family and friends.

I love working with this business. I have come in several times with tons of questions and they have always been answered. I recently bought a wedding ring here and they went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. They are like family now. They still keep in contact with us and if anything ever happens to the ring I know they would go above and beyond to fix it for us. I have recommended them to several people and every person who has gone has told me they loved it. They even repaired some old jewelry for us and they did a wonderful job. I refuse to go anywhere else now.

I had some scrap gold I wanted to sell and I asked the man behind the counter if they bought gold the man replied "yes" so I showed him what I had and he said "It was not gold, and worthless!". Afterwords, I went to Rusk Coin where I got, and accepted, a great offer in cash and treated with respect..! I do not see how (AAA Jewelers) stays in business, with such poor coustomer service and so little knowledge of the products they carry, obviouslly all the bad reviews of this buisness are true!!! Dont patronise this business! as they are far from true professionals, as they claim to be...

From the moment I walked into the store the business screamed class, and elegance. AAA Jewlers was explicitly clean as well as having remarkably beautiful jewelry in every case. I bought my fiancee engagement ring here, the store owner was very friendly, and extremely helpful. He was able to have my ring ready for the special moment in no time (which was great because I procrastinated till the last second). I came here to find a new watch as they had the best prices in town! As soon as I walked in I noticed the very classy look of the store. There is a massive selection and the store is very well laid out. The owners gave me direct attention themselves. The whole staff was extremely knowledgable and helpful. They obviously know what they are doing. They found me the perfect watch. AAA is extremely professional and offered the best customer service I could wish for. I will definitely use AAA again and would recommend it to anyone!

AAA helped me to custom make my fiances engagement ring (and band) exactly how I wanted. I know for a fact I got the best price and the best quality ring possible. Their jeweler(s) are very talented and they made it a point to put the best diamonds possible in my rings. I would most definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. The parking is a little annoying but apart from that this company delivered exactly what I wanted, at my desired price, in my desired time. All in all, it was a very good experience.
