My wife and i have had an incredible experience with Fred Meyer Jewelers. We bought both our engagement ring, wedding bands and anniversary band from this exact location. Charlotte is awesome and is spectacular with customer service. We especially like that shes not pushy and thats a big plus when shopping for jewelry. The old saying that people buy from people they like is absolutely true. Fred Meyer Jewelers always cleans up our rings super nice and if there is ever an issue they fix it within 2-3 business days no joke. The advanced warranty service is well worth it for anyone buying jewelry. We recommend buying your jewelry from this company and especially this location. One last thing, my wife and i shopped for almost two years for her engagement ring and nobody treated us better than Fred Meyer Jewelers. They even matched Tiffany & Cos price for my wedding band and gave me a better price for the same quality of ring.

When we were buying my ring, Shawn told me that he will give us a discounted price and that we will only need to pay 500 for everything including the lifetime warranty. When I went back to have my ring cleaned, they told me that i have to pay additional 100 dollars coz THEY FORGOT to put in the receipt that i actually paid for my lifetime warranty! They even have the records that i did sign up for lifetime warranty upon buying my ring. Very dishonest and misleading.

I love Perch and Zoel! I went in and recommended and item to him, and he followed up with the artist and purchased the Bird Project Soaps! Their store is beautifully set up, cute, and friendly. I always go here with out of town guests to show them how adorable Glen Park is. I love their selection of cards, that are original and queer-friendly. LOVE IT! Keep up the great work!

The guy was not helpful at all and it seemed like he wasnt trying to help and he said they would give me a call either today or tomorrow to see whats going on with my application. Very disappointed. It was his job to make sure I left with a ring and he was unable to do so. Went to another one and I was able to get exactly what I wanted!
