I have just receive the highest quality customer service from Staples copy center employees. The time and patience this young lady gave to me was incredible, yet no other customer was left waiting. I must say that the staff in the store was amazing as well. They were pleasant, they knew exactly where things were located, and were willing to help with your next item.

They were swamped with customers, but after finally finding an associate, he had me waiting quite awhile to see if they had an item in stock which they didnt. Went online and ordered it finally over the phone with customer service that was extremely helpful.

Cant even get them to answer a phone.. This location and the one in wilkes barre never answered their phones YES DURING BUSINESS HOURS... Ill take my business account to office max since they obviously dont want it

Poor. Went to return a charge cable we didnt use over 14 days. Still unopened and they shot us down. You loose my companys business. The sales you loose with me is far more than a plug. Good bye....

Clean and reasonably stocked. But highly understaffed. A line of 8 to the 1 register open... shouldnt take 10 minutes to get to the register in order to buy envelopes and paper
