I couldnt be happier with the guys at Mobile Edge. Been a customer for about ten years or so and every time I leave the store I am satisfied beyond words. Bob and Mike are top notch and Bob especially has been such a great help over the years to me with his knowledge and skill. If it comes to configuration of a system or something as simple as window tint he always lets me know whats best for me. It doesnt always have to be about the monetary amount of the sale. Which is nice. I always no matter what recommend Mobile Edge to anyone who will listen. Only issue I have is every time I walk in the store I always walk out at least a thousand dollars poorer...but hey....when you want the best (which I do) you come to Mobile Edge. I mean even their POST SALE / INSTALL support s great. They stand behind their work. In this day and age thats hard to come by. So I dont mind paying a little extra. Its worth it ten times over. And its not even that their prices are high. Theyre actually very reasonable. Which ; in the broad scope of things is why they have won all these awards over the years.

Stopped by the shop to check out what was available in terms of a tint. Went over the options and came to a verbal agreement of 150 dollars to do the side windows on my little ford focus. No rear windshield or front windshield. The bill came to 170 dollars with a 10 dollar "shop fee". Went to pick it up and they only did the tiny rear passenger side port window and rear passenger side window. Both have bubbles in them that they claim will vanish over time. These are tiny windows. Well, they never went over the contract point by point and I signed it without reviewing it...big mistake. Now they want an additional 100 dollars to do the front passenger side windows. So...270 dollars to put 6 small sheets of plastic with bubbles under them on a ford focus. The atmosphere there is used car salesman 101....then the owner comes out, who wasnt even there to negotiate the deal telling me what I said and didnt say. Hes a little weasel in my opinion. STAY AWAY FROM MOBILE EDGE!!!

I had a DroneMobile system installed in my Jeep Liberty. It works perfectly and is backed up by a lifetime warranty for as long as I own the vehicle. This cutting-edge technology and peace of mind is all thanks to Mobile Edge. My Jeep is almost 10 years old, but because of Mobile Edge, I receive so many compliments on how new the car looks. With Mobile Edge, I’ve had security systems installed, tints, and satellite radio, to name a few on both of my cars. If you’re thinking about going to retail stores, dealerships, etc, these would all be major mistakes. There is no other business as experienced, knowledgeable, or respectful than Mobile Edge. Before I made my final decision I talk to Bob over the phone several times regarding the system that fits to my budget and sounds really good, he ask me what kind of music Im listening discuss several options then make an appointment for evaluation and do the project the next two days. Arrived at the shop 1:00 pm greeted by Mike an hour early from my original appointment, he show us the one I pick over the phone with Bob, me and my wife noticed while listening back and forth to several sets of speaker and we fell in love one particular speaker component and decided to upgrade one up. When we pick up my car Bob show us some demo and we really like the finish product and that 6hours drive back home to Boston non stop listening to a great sounds. They really do a fantastic job. I will do it again for my next project.

Ive personally known the the owner of Mobile Edge from the the time he was a virgin in the business looking for quality parts and laminate to customize his personal vehicles. He, like myself, has grown up in this tight nit community you are bashing. (and I would love to discuss this with you in person) He, like myself, settles for only top quality materials, installations, and service beyond the sale and gets business from the same customers he has worked for in the past, or their friends and relatives from the word of mouth advertising that they pass on from their positive experience. I cant say enough about mobile edge. Bob was very friendly and extremely helpful. 3wks after he installed my auto start which I absolutely love, I wanted an extra feature added. I went back he intstalled it at minimal charge. 20 min after leaving I deciding I wanted it changed to something different I went back and he graciously changed it @ no charge. I would highly recommend Mobile edge to anyone.. Thank u Bob for all your help even after being a pain!! Lol.
